This is such an odd looking pillow that I was a bit skeptical, however I've used it for months now and absolutely love it. I'm mostly a side sleeper, though I start off on my back and eventually roll to my stomach. Finding a pillow that is good for all that is basically impossible, but somehow this pillow meets my needs. I won't say all my back/neck issues were cured by using this pillow, but I do think this pillow contributed to improvements in how my neck feels (along with exercises, chiropractor, and other self-care techniques). I no longer feel worse or more stiff in the mornings. For those reviews that mention a hard button in the middle: yes, it's there but I don't feel it when a pillow case is on it and I'm sleeping. It's never been an issue for me.

I am currently using this pillow for sleep since it supports my neck and I actually wake up without neck pain or TMJ issues. But wow, this pillow is not soft AT ALL. So I have to be really tired to fall asleep on it, otherwise I notice how uncomfortable and sad my head is when I first lie down.

I’m still a little unsure about this pillow but one thing I know it will not loose it’s firmness unlike other orthopedic ones I’ve tried . It offered amazing neck support but can take a little time to get use to the shape of the part you put under your neck . Sometimes it feels amazing on me and other times I struggle keep to keep it in the correct position. I would say try it if your complaint is that other pillows you’ve tried lose support and shape very easily and are looking for firm neck support.

Look no further! After looking at every other knee pillow I decided this was the one to order. I have started to develope sever low nack pain. Side sleeping is the only way i can sleep eventhough its painful. I was told by my chiropractor its okay to sleep on your side as long as there is a pillow between the legs, knees. Im usually skeptical about memory foam and its usually too soft and not supportive enough for me. This one is soft but comfortable and eventhough I wish it was a little firmer, it does the job. Reasons why I decided to order this pillow was because of the different sections and being able to fully detach and reattach them. I was also concerned about the hight of similar products. This was the tallest height I could find. The other fact I love about this pillow is that it ONLY has ONE strap (which is adjustable with velcro). I tend to not only sleep on my side but sleep with one leg raised. The one strap gives me the freedom to do this while still being secure. I would buy again and highly recomend!

i am 5 ft 7 in with a wide shoulder span. this pillow is soft it sinks in bout an inch so there is no pressure points and no hard feeling. its got the right support so its not hard like a rock. LOL .... i actually slept last night and my neck pain was less than normal this morning.... best part is that its not really curved out a lot its more flat like on top so my large head isn't boxed into a groove i can move freely.... i am so thankful to have this pillow.... happy happy happy

If you write code, draw on a Wacom or sit in a chair all day and if you constantly wake up in pain around your neck and shoulders/back then somehow, for like $35, this pillow will fix you right up. Since I bought it 2 months ago I’ve woken up uncomfortably one time and it was the one time I fell asleep without it. Not the write a review type but this thing actually and drastically improved my quality of life so maybe it will for you too.
