The raised side works good for the most part in any position, but using the other side didn't help for my neck pain. Overall tho I would recommend this product. I have severe neck problems so any relief on me would be great relief for most.

Sad to say, as this pillow has adequate support and aligned my neck to help ease my cervical herniated disc, but it's just so hard. Like... how can memory foam be as dense as a rock? I have laid down on the ground and been more comfortable. This pillow actually made the back of my head sore after about 5 minutes. No longer waking up with stiff painful neck. Like that you can use either side. Doesn’t matter if I sleep on my back or side, or read before bed on my side, this pillow is amazing. Hoping it holds up longer than my last (different brand) pillow.

This pillow was super supportive and the design is perfect. However, the support does not last! After a few months, it goes pretty flat. I wish they would make these pillow with supportive firm foam rather than memory foam. Has no one figured out that memory foam doesn't last?

    • I can finally sleep and my neck pain is GONE!

I have disc degeneration in my neck which was causing numbness in my right arm and a ton of Cronin pain. I was starting to feel like the situation was hopeless. I ordered this pillow at 3am one night when I was desperate and couldn’t sleep - along with $600 dollars worth of other products to hopefully help my neck. I’ve returned all of them except this pillow. The first night it was hard to get used to sleeping with it but I took two ibuprofen accenomeophin combos and when I woke up, I actually got out of bed like someone my age rather than a 90-yr-old woman. It was wonderful! I credit this pillow to the reduction of my pain even more than physical therapy because I’m not super consistent with PT but I use this every night.
