The best hair dryer I've ever used by far, and amazing customer service! Loved it so much I purchased another as a gift! Truthfully, I hate drying my hair, I only would do it a couple times a year. I have thick hair, so I'd much rather air dry, because it takes so much time. My sister mentioned she loves her hair dryer, so I did some research. I won't mention the name, but after realizing they were $400+ and often just quit working, I decided to look at more reliable alternatives. I wound up finding this dryer, and after reading reviews, thought it was a solid choice. Boy was I right. Ella Bella, where have you been all my life? I no longer hate drying my hair, it's light, powerful yet quiet, has various heat settings and attachments - it's perfect! I've been complimented multiple times and had people ask if I just got my hair cut, because it's so smooth and shiny.... Nope! Just dried it, nothing fancy! If you're looking to upgrade your old hair dryer at an extremely reasonable price for a high quality product, this hair dryer is amazing! I mentioned customer service - they have a great warranty, and when I registered I ask a question about the power button. They responded in minutes!!! You have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on and off. I found out that's by design so it doesn't accidentally shut off when using. I highly recommend this dryer and this company! I'll be purchasing another for a 2nd gift!

This is an amazing hair dryer. I’ve had it for close to a month and it has changed my hair quality for the better and reduced the time I spend on my hair while improving the overall look and feel of my hair with less heat damage. I actually look forward to washing my hair to freshly style it since getting this dryer. I’ve never had an ionic hair dryer and I can tell this is actually doing something that regular forced air hair dryers do not. I have very long, thick hair (waist length or longer) and this dries my hair from root to end in about 15 minutes if on the highest power setting. My old Conair took easily 25 minutes, plus I still had to style with additional heat to achieve the same look I can get now with a round brush and this dryer. It takes an extra 10 minutes to “blow out” my hair exactly how I want it after drying, but again, it’s so easy and I don’t have to use additional heat after drying. This makes my hair so shiny and smooth. It is very lightweight and sound is much quieter than your standard hair dryer. I will be gifting my younger sister one of these for her high school graduation to take to college to save her time getting ready. Highly recommend!!

I needed a new hair dryer and have read several reviews of various brands - I found that the reviews of the Ella Bella dryer seemed to fit my needs. I have curly hair, so needed a good diffuser, but also wanted attachments for when I feel like the straight look. I also wanted the ionic drying feature and a lightweight dryer (my old dryer was just blowing hot air and was heavy and bulky to use - it was drying out my hair and leaving it frizzy, so I decided to pony up the money and buy a more expensive dryer that would be better suited to my hair.) When the dryer arrived, I was excited - of course took it out of the package immediately and put on the diffuser and did a test dry - unfortunately, the diffuser didn't stay on during the most powerful blow dry setting. I was so disappointed - I looked forward to the magnetic attachments. since most diffusers don't stay on that well. The dryer itself is awesone - 3 heat settings, 3 power settings - it is lightweight, my hair dries quicker with less frizz and lookes healthier - but......I couldn't use the diffuser. I texted customer service with the information I received to set up my 2 year warranty. A lovely woman named Ruth got in touch with me immediately - I told her my issue and she was ON IT. She asked me to send pix of the diffuser and the hair dryer and immediately diagnosed the problem..the magnet that was supposed to be on the diffuser got stuck in the hair dryer itself, so couldn't work when the high power setting was on. She immediately told me how to remove the magnet from the dryer and sent a replacement diffuser, which arrived yesterday. I am happy to announce that it works flawlessly. As I said to her, the strength of a company isn't when things go well, it is how they manage problems, which happen all the time. Ruth was great - we texted a lot and she made certain that everything was going to be all right. I highly recommend the dryer and the company and, although there was an issure in the beginning, I feel justified in giving a 5 star rating for all of the above reasons. Kudos to Ruth and Ella Bella! Happy Drying!

I love this blow dryer! It is light weight. It is quiet. It's easy to handle. It dries my hair quickly on low settings. I have white, fine, straight, short hair. I use the middle heat setting and the middle blow setting and use the small attachment. My hair comes our smooth and shiny. The instruction book is clear, but you can go online and watch their videos. I love the long cord. I haven't yet had the need to clean it, but that looks easy and thorough. I like that there is a 3-year warranty on the product - that tells me it should last long. It's a bit pricey, but I did my research and found that this was a reasonably priced product for what it does, compared to others which were much more expensive. I think it's worth the price!

Took a chance when my old hair dryer died. . . After a lot of looking, I settled on the Ella Bella, and have not had any regrets whatsoever! The packaging itself was purposely and expertly done. Very much reminded me of the packaging of other quality electronic products that I have experienced. The dryer is a thing of beauty! Very light, but not cheaply made. High quality metal products are used here. Buttons are firm and respond easily to the touch. The built in display is not overpowering, just large and clear enough to see what is necessary (even with my not so good eyes😂). I particularly like the way that pieces, or attachments, can be added or removed, by way of magnetic connection. Nice touch! All connections, both electrical and magnetic are firm and are very stable. Performance is, in my opinion, top notch! It runs relatively quiet, for a dryer. Different, from what I'm used to hearing from prior products. A higher pitched sound, but not overpowering or annoying by any means! The different heat and speed selections are more than enough to do the job, whatever it might be. I really appreciate the simple, but effective, way to clean the product as well. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making this dryer. Well appreciated! I've been using the Ella Bella for over a month now, and I have been very pleased with the product, from the quality and performance, to the outstanding customer service. I couldn't be more pleased! It certainly is my "go to" dryer!

This is a wonderful lightweight dryer easy to handle when using and styling. It took me a bit to get used to the different settings as it was completely different from my previous one, but once I got familiar with it, it is easy to use. It is amazingly very quiet too yet powerful enough to dry my hair quickly! If you have someone with strength issues in their hands/wrist this is the dryer for them! Love it and would highly recommend this dryer!

I'll give this hair dryer 5 stars. Overall a great hair dryer. There is no real negative except maybe price; nevertheless, I didn't return it. I accidentally bought it because I couldn't find my GFs choice of hair dryer for my place. I later found her dryer and had the Ella Bella dryer in my cart. I didn't realize that until I got the delivery. I decided to give it a try as did my GF. She can't decide if she likes her Bio Ionic 10x or the Ella Bella better. If you knew my GF, that says alot. Positives: smallish and light weight form factor, very powerful, magnetic attachments (is that a genious new idea or do I just by cheap hairdryers?) including a primary filter screen, a reverse air flow for cleaning (I think that is the way it is supposed to work), notification when cleaning is needed (I have yet to experience that feature due to being in use since only Xmas), digital screen (may be superflous but still cool from a guy's viewpoint), and my GF loves it. Negatives: Price; yet I did not return it. The power button. I don't mind that I have to hold it for a couple seconds to turn it on but it turns off the same way which I find mildly annoying when I'm trying to style my gorgeous tresses. But my tresses may be gorgeous due to Ella Bella! The control buttons: I need glasses and the buttons are not obviously marked for my unspectacled eyes when drying and styling my locks. The control buttons are also easy to hit and cause a change in the settings while in use. It's not a big deal but you.. at least I do... need to look at the dryer to reset back to the desired settings. Again, not a big deal. I also cannot think of a better way to locate or use them on the dryer. Overall, 5 stars. My GF, and even her sister, think I'm a champion for my high quality choice of Ella Bella. The negatives are simply small nits I've picked because I feel I should point them out and I do think about the power button usage and the ability to accidently adjust the settings when I use it. Those nits don't even warrant a half star decrease in the rating as I see it. Now, if Ella Bella could make an awesome tool to easily remove the tangles of tresses that grow from my back, I'll buy the company! To all who purchase an Ella Bella hair dryer: Happy styling in 2026!

I recently chopped my hair off and got an undercut hairstyle. Started using this old Conair blow dryer that is loud and way too hot for my scalp. I get up at 4am and can’t have that noise happening. That’s how I came across ELLA BELLA’s. Honestly it’s way too expensive for what I really need it but it’s a great product and looks good. Figured I wouldn’t need another one for a long time. Hoping this one last me as long as my Conair (which still works) Ella’s is light and quiet. I like the magnetic feature for attaching different heads. Honestly more than I need but my gf loves it. She said it feels like it leaves her hair softer than her old blow drier. My only minor complaint, really minor. How long it takes to turn on and off and for the price, wish it came with a better carrier.
