Would have given 5 stars, but today the heating element stopped working. I’ve LOVED this dryer, but now it only blows cold air. I bought this item in August last year, so I’m a little disappointed that it’s stopped heating. Debating on weather or not to purchase a different one, or try to replace it.

It’s a decent blow dryer but it has a couple of design flaws. I’m a professional hairdresser so I require a few things your average person probably wont care about. Pros: It’s a powerful little blow dryer with 2000 watts. Very lightweight and sleek looking. I’m not sure of the longevity of it since I haven’t had it for very long. It’s fairly quiet compared to my old blow dryers. I would recommend it to my clients who don’t require any heavy duty styling in a heartbeat. Cons: For one, the nozzle is very difficult to attach and detach. It’s also very stiff so it’s hard to swivel it around which I like to do with the different angles I aim at. Probably the magnetic attachment design would be better. Also, the controls are where I grip the dryer so I keep accidentally changing the setting. I wouldn’t recommend this to a professional hairdresser. I will be returning it and trying a different model. It did give a good blowout, but as I said, it was just too difficult and frustrating to use for me.
