Purchased this hair dryer a while back and can say that it is quiet, fast heating, light and super ergonomic. It has been extremely reliable and slopehill customer service is overwhelmingly responsive and helpful. Must buy at a great price as well!

This was smaller than expected, but I guess in a good way since I travel a lot . I put a comparison pic up to show the size and difference from my previous hair dryer . It’s light weight , it has three different speeds and heat , and has a cold shot button . It doesn’t get quite as hot as my other hair dryer but I does the trick . It comes with two nozzles and a concentrator for curly hair . The cool shot doesn’t get as cool as I’d like but I’ll keep using it and hopefully get used to it . It has a cleaning function that I think is different and innovative. Over all it’s a decent hair dryer

I have loved this hair dryer. Lightweight, powerful. It intermittently would stop blowing hot air and I realized my thumb was hitting the cool button. Once that happened I would have to turn it off and unplug to get it to reset to blow hot air. Today, I noticed my hand was getting warm. I was holding the dryer at the bottom of the handle. When I went to look at the dryer It sparked and blew out my circuit. I was hoping to get more than 2 1/2 years out of the blow dryer since I paid significantly more than it is sellling for now.
