This is a lightweight, quiet, but powerful hairdryer with several different speeds and heat settings. It's small enough to travel well and dries my thick hair quickly. I absolutely love this hair dryer! It’s incredibly lightweight, powerful, and surprisingly quiet. It dries my hair quickly without feeling heavy or cumbersome, and I’ve been extremely happy with its performance. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the customer service. After owning my dryer for a little less than a year, I noticed it had started separating slightly at the seam. I reached out to the company, and they were phenomenal to work with. Mandy responded quickly, was so pleasant and helpful, and sent me a replacement right away. Great product backed by even better customer service. I am updating my original review to reflect their excellent customer service. Upon hearing of my issues with my original hair dryer, the company reached out to me to offer to send a replacement hair dryer. The replacement arrived quickly and is functioning well. I hope this one lasts and I appreciate the company's efforts to address the problem I have with my original item. Original review: This was great, until it wasn't. I loved this blow dryer for the first few months. It is lightweight, dries fast, multiple heat and fan settings, magnetic attachments, and a good blowout. Unfortunately, after a few months it started overheating and turning off anytime I was blowdrying on the highest heat setting. Fast forward another month and now it overheats and turns off on the middle heat setting. I also only use this 1-2 times per week. I can only blow dry on the lowest heat setting or with the cool shot. This takes much longer! I at least like to start on a high or medium setting before turning it down during styling. This is no longer very functional or efficient. And of course it is past the return window.

This blowdryer is powerful and sleek looking as well as light weight and compact. Although, I did have an issue when it suddenly stopped blowing out hot air. I contacted the seller with having no intentions of it even being replaced. The seller was hassle free with no questions asked and shipped me a new dryer. When it was marked as delivered to my home, I felt horrible that I couldn’t find it anywhere in my apartment complex. I contacted the seller right away and a few days later I surprisingly woke up to e-mail with an apology, stating another dryer had been shipped. I was shocked and have never had such exceptional service!! Thank you so much for being patient and understanding. Your service is outstanding and I would definitely do business with you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a fantastic hair dryer. Light, quiet, wonderful features and a unique soft air flow unlike others. After some use I had a small problem where the unit was shutting off during use. I contacted slope hills customer service and no kidding, it was the best customer service experience I have received in many years. They took down my information, said they would get back to me soon, and within 24 hours as promised, they contacted me to tell me they were sending me a brand new unit no questions asked. Additionally, they followed up numerous times via email to let me know where they were in the process of sending me a new unit. The new unit arrived at my doorstep three days later. I highly recommend this product and service.

I like this dryer very much. I had a problem with it and emailed the support team. I dealt with Mandy in Slopehill support. I had to take a video of the problem. I was sent a replacement within a couple of days. I consider that great customer service. This dryer is sleek, relatively quite and light weight. I'm considering buying a travel one.
