So far I am impressed.. First time using it.. I did a can of Cicken soup. 5 minutes later it was boiling on the high setting.. I lowered it to the first setting and it boiled a little less. Eating soup in less than 10 mins. Ill try sauce next time. Easy to use, easy to clean. Gets hot fast!

I got this for gift for my teenage son who eats Ramen all the time. He said it was one of his favorite gifts from Christmas and he got a lot of nice things. It is easy to clean. I haven't submerged it in water but have gotten it soapy and rinsed it off under the faucet. Haven't had any issues, but I get the impression you shouldn't get it too wet. I wish I had the instructions so I know if I am cleaning it correct. Other than that, it was a great buy for a teenager who makes Ramen every other day. This is not a non stick pot. Very hard to clean and only two boiling modes. Anything you cook will burn the bottom of the pot. Most it's good for is boiling water fast. Otherwise you risk food burning the bottom and some unevenly cooked food.

This is my 3rd hot pot and I wish this had been on the market earlier so the other two never got purchased. This pot has a mixer bowl shape where there is a roughly burger patty size bottom, then it widens. This gem heats the entire patty sized area, no cold spot or section like the others. From roux sauces to pasta I’ve given this pot every workout I can think of. Also this pot boils, I mean boils without me having to put chopsticks across it to balance the lid on so it doesn't bubble over. It has max and min markers inside the bowl. So many good things about this pot. Shall we chat about cleaning. Nothing sticks, absolutly nothing and no non-stick to flake off. I learned my lesson with two failed pots, if it’s not stainless or ceramic I’m not cooking with it. ... show more
