I've been wanting a smaller crock pot for awhile now and I am glad I finally got one. I like this little cooker, it's the perfect size for small batches of food and it's cute as well. I used it last night for the first time & did pepper steak for one and it turned out delish. It cooked it quick as well. Not sure why the very short cord, they could have made it a tad longer but I just ran it on a heavy duty extension cord. Way easier to clean than my 5-6 quart crock pot which is a bonus. I replaced my old 4 quart crockpot with this item. The older Crockpot did not have a Warm setting, just high and low. I have used the new Elite Slow Cooker and found that putting it on the warm setting did just that, not too hot where it continued to cook the food. Very happy with this slow cooker! Highly recommend it. The 3 quart size is perfect for me. My other slow cooker is a 8 quart, so this is a nice size when you don't need a bigger one. ... show more

This is to replace a similar sized crockpot. I use it primarily for small batch hot beverages. I've also used it for making ketchup and small batch soups. It's a basic bare bones crockpot and does the job.

The media could not be loaded. So, I got this cooker because it's just the two of us and our other ones are 7 and 8 qt. The box and description clearly state 2 qt. It came packaged very nicely and secure. I unpacked it, washed the crock and lid as instructed. It just looked quite small, so I filled the crock with water to slightly less than an inch from the rim, then poured it into a measuring pitcher. Less than 1.5 qt!! We will see if it heats correctly as others have said it doesn't. I may update my review. I will probably keep it (if it heats correctly) as it should work for us even though the description is misleading. Time will tell. ... show more
