Its great for 2 and doesn't take up a lot of space. But, after 1 year the switch to cut it on stopped working. I expected it to last long than a year. I don't want to replace my coffee maker every year.

I knew this was tiny when I ordered it. I am not a fan of pods. I have done French press for single-serve. But I wanted a drip maker I could use a paper filter with (this takes #2 cone filters...or the included "permanent" filter, which is not the same as a paper filter, but I digress). But this is perfect for me ... their "four cups" makes just slightly more than a mug of coffee. See the photo. And that's not a huge mug. Great little unit just be careful if you leave it running. Initially rated it three stars because it stopped working but was able to fix it by opening up and scraping the thermal paste and re securing the sensor. Has been working fine ever since. Also another minor nitpick is with the heating plate started to rust a bit but for the price under $20 you can't really complain too much. If you're gentle with someone I imagine you can last many years ... show more
