This worked PERFECTLY to warm up soup, leftovers, made eggs/ sausage or make ramen my daughters favorite. We even used it to toast bagels each morning - you just have to keep them in for about 10 minutes to get the toast effect. It heats up very quickly/ was easy to wash. One thing to note is the cord is very short, only about 1 foot long so to be functional you will likely want to bring an extension cord. Nice looking and seems to be of good quality. I needed it to heat oil to 375 degrees but set it to 400 and it only ever reached 311 to 320 when testing it with a candy thermometer. Easy to use and cleaned up easily. It had no smoke smell even with first use.

This electric skillet is far superior to my previous one. It has a sealed area under the pan making it much easier to clean after using. So far, we have been washing it by hand, but it is able to be dish washer save due to the sealing of the electrical components. It's the right size for one or 2 servings and works well when we're in a hurry to fix a quick meal.
