Great addition to my other appliances. It's easy to use. I did my fried rice with less rice as it appears non stick. Sautéed my veggies. It's deep enough to do stews as well. If you are thinking of a way to reduce your oil usage this is good item to have. Don’t write a lot of reviews, but this was worth sharing. Just bought it a couple weeks ago, used it a few times already. The reason I bought it was because I wanted something low wattage that would work with my power bank, for camping and such Only pulls 600 W, actually slightly less per my meter, plus rotates on and off as needed to maintain heat. Decent size pan easily cooks 3 to 4 eggs at a time, Sunnyside up Nonstick surface and even heating across the pan I’ve already shared the link with other who are interested in this type of cooking appliance ... show more

    • 2.5 quarts is only 7 cup capacity
Size: 2.5 Quart
The 8"x8"x2" skillet is not a 2.5 quart skillet. Even Google agrees that it is only 2 quarts, but factor in that it is not entirely square (the corners are rounded) it holds only 7 cups. That's a far cry from the promised 2.5 quarts or 10 cups. I needed something on the smaller side for our camper, but really wanted 2.5 quarts. I'm not sure if we'll keep it for its other fine qualities or not. It's washable, but not submersible, it's non stick, it has a glass lid, it fits in a smaller space and it should be useful. We haven't cooked in it yet, as we haven't decided if we'll return it, so I cannot atest to its ability to cook food evenly. ... show more

I love this little skillet. My husband and I are retired full time RVers and I was looking for something that had low wattage and took a chance on this. It has been a wonderful addition to our lifestyle and is just perfect for 2 people. Easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. All plusses when you live in a fifth wheel. I do wish they made a square one that was 10 inches for when I want to make extra for the freezer. The 12 inch is just a little too big for easy storage and the wattage is just a bit too high. I would definitely recommend this if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, or you need to watch how many amps you use. ... show more
