I’ve used three different type of cooktops. Each one of them did not cook at a nice even temperature. At my shop in the morning I cook bacon, eggs, pancakes, sausage, and hash brown. This one I could set a temperature and it was consistent where I could cook all of this at one time and it did perfect. The nonstick was fantastic and it seemed like the temperature was concise. I also love the size of this. It’s not huge and it’s not small. Also, I love the lid for when I’m cooking the bacon it doesn’t splatter everywhere. ... show more
