Revising 2/5/2022 I’ve had this little skillet for about four months now. At first I was EXTREMELY pleased (see review below), now after using it with only appropriate utensils, the non- stick is peeling off ! TEMPERATURE CONTROL : There are very HOT spots, mainly at the 12o’clock position and if you put your food in the heated oil, the thermostat cycles back to an “off” with no heat, so some foods in this now cold oil absorbs the oil. The Heat Distribution and over all quality has turned out below and less than mediocre to absolutely abysmal. SOoo SOoo Disappointed ☹️😠 First REVIEWED Late 2021 I waited all day for this to be delivered and I’m NOT disappointed. 🤗 Took it right out if the box, cleaned it up and cooked up some shrimp scampi and stir fried some veggies. This Mighty Little guy heated up quickly and I had my dinner in less than ten minutes. The adjustable temperature is another great asset along with being able to do a quick clean-up. You don’t have to spend ages in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, but you’re being able to enjoy your time eating your meals. I found this in the warehouse offerings with a beat-up box, and this skillet is just perfect for a single person which had a greatly reduced and affordable price. I’m looking forward to playing with this little mighty guy and making some healthier meals than what I’ve been eating. 💥Quick Update: There is a Hotspot that is opposite to the thermostat handle. If it were a clock the Hotspot would be 12 and the thermostat handle is 6. The hotspot burnt part of my grilled cheese sandwich ☹️ - the other part was barely brown 🤷🏼♀️. You can put a cupper of water and see where it starts to boil first and then the next spots, then you can tell where your hotspots are located and then carefully place your food. ⭐️ Two Suggestions: The cord could be another 6” longer, and I wish there was a little lite on the thermostat handle to let you know that it’s heating up and it’s already reached it’s programmed temperature. I use my 7" frying pan every day to cook a vast number and variety of things for one person. I also make hardboiled eggs in it! It is invaluable. I also found one half off on Amazon Returns for half price. I bought it in case this one dies. It is that important in my life. It's in my closet!

First few times using, it's ok. It was easy to clean, like all non stick surfaces, it fades quick. As others have said, the bottom burner is exposed, anything you cook on will get hot (do not cook on wood table, or plastic). It works, was cheap, under $20 when I bought it. If it we any higher in price, I would have looked at other products. The size was perfect for single use meals, bacon, sausage, eggs, a burger, etc... The temp knob is tight at first, it does loosen up after a few good twists, but it is style of temp control where it turns on for a bit, then turns off for a bit. Overall, I knew it was cheap, but I got my $20 out of it, so for occasional use, it will do the job. If you want something for every day, I'd look elsewhere. ... show more
