Revising 2/5/2022 I’ve had this little skillet for about four months now. At first I was EXTREMELY pleased (see review below), now after using it with only appropriate utensils, the non- stick is peeling off ! TEMPERATURE CONTROL : There are very HOT spots, mainly at the 12o’clock position and if you put your food in the heated oil, the thermostat cycles back to an “off” with no heat, so some foods in this now cold oil absorbs the oil. The Heat Distribution and over all quality has turned out below and less than mediocre to absolutely abysmal. SOoo SOoo Disappointed ☹️😠 First REVIEWED Late 2021 I waited all day for this to be delivered and I’m NOT disappointed. 🤗 Took it right out if the box, cleaned it up and cooked up some shrimp scampi and stir fried some veggies. This Mighty Little guy heated up quickly and I had my dinner in less than ten minutes. The adjustable temperature is another great asset along with being able to do a quick clean-up. You don’t have to spend ages in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, but you’re being able to enjoy your time eating your meals. I found this in the warehouse offerings with a beat-up box, and this skillet is just perfect for a single person which had a greatly reduced and affordable price. I’m looking forward to playing with this little mighty guy and making some healthier meals than what I’ve been eating. 💥Quick Update: There is a Hotspot that is opposite to the thermostat handle. If it were a clock the Hotspot would be 12 and the thermostat handle is 6. The hotspot burnt part of my grilled cheese sandwich ☹️ - the other part was barely brown 🤷🏼♀️. You can put a cupper of water and see where it starts to boil first and then the next spots, then you can tell where your hotspots are located and then carefully place your food. ⭐️ Two Suggestions: The cord could be another 6” longer, and I wish there was a little lite on the thermostat handle to let you know that it’s heating up and it’s already reached it’s programmed temperature. I accidently ordered two instead of one but I guess that was okay. They were/are the perfect size for what I need it for. The only problems I have is the non stick coating came off one with in a month and the other one gets hot after plugging in without turning the knob on. Will have to look elsewhere for this size since I will not be buying from this maker again. ... show more

The skillet is small non stick, it would be perfect if the handle was more secured. I picked up the hot skillet and the handle came apart. It didn’t break, it’s just a weak made handle
