Description

Overall, I think this is a great toaster for the price. It's pretty simple to clean and it looks nice on our countertop. Toast always comes out at exactly the level of brown-ness I wanted. That being said, this toaster is overly enthusiastic and your toast can go flying. Sometimes I actually think it's pissed off at me given the speed at which it violently projects my toast onto the counter. So now I put the pastry rack up after I put the bread in because it blocks the toast from flying. Most, times, anyway. All that being said, I actually prefer an enthusiastic toaster to a very calm and collected one, where your toast might get stuck and what not.

Best toaster we ever had! Actually the first and only toaster we had that heats on every side, including the inner middle. The bread comes pretty good! You can have longer slices, warm up stuff on the built in rack, definitely the most feature complete toaster that you can get for the money.

This toaster is fine for an inexpensive basic model. I was disappointed that there is not a bagel setting for toasting just one side. The warming rack feature is a plus. My BIG issue with this seller and the reason for the three stars is that they offered to extend the warranty for 6 months in exchange for a five-star review. I am adamantly opposed to this practice of bribing consumers for good reviews. I expect reviews to be honest and unbiased. For this reason, I will never purchase from this company again.

Personally I've been frustrated by wide pan bread not fitting into a normal toaster, haven't you? This one will toast 4 slices of regular, and two wide style breads. The opening is also wider, so you could fit bagels etc. I liked the removable crum tray for no spills. Bread pops up for easy removal, and best of all, you can heat up items you would not put inside a toaster.

It does the job and the toaster rack is great for Naan. Awesome Product Ok so why did I give this 4 stars? There's one flaw in my opinion but not a biggie or reason not to buy unless you suffer from OCD like I do. You have 2 handles and both are on opposite sides but the main handle that is used most for regular toasting is on the side the where the plug is. I tend to turn my toaster long ways not horizontally in my kitchen because I don't like to see the cord but now I need reach around the toaster to push the lever which may wear on me eventually but as of right now I'm still mesmerized but toasting my Naan without heating up my over so I'll deal with it 😂

About one in 3 uses of this thing will eject the toast, bagel, frozen pancake, whatever happens to be in it, directly up and out of the toaster where I have to search for it. Will in be on the counter, or the floor today? Every sandwich is a mystery. I have to give 1* because regardless of how good any other feature might be, if you can't keep my food off of the floor, you are useless.

We are STILL waiting for our replacement toasted. We liked this toaster a lot. We received it on November 27th and had used it regularly, not every day, but once or twice a week. Last February 7th, it stopped working. The toaster handle would not stay down and we could not toast bread. It became useless. It is was under warranty and we called the company and finally got a response. We did some communicating with them over a few weeks, where, for instance, they had misplaced our request for a replacement. We were asked to send a photo with the cord cut, which we did. Finally they agreed to send a new one. It was not the color we had and preferred. but at least it was a toaster. It's now April 7, over a month since our last chat, and 3 months since the original purchase. We still have not received our replacement toaster. Either these guys are scammers or just terribly unorganized. Or, perhaps, both.

I got really tired of buying relatively expensive toasters that only worked for a few weeks. I swear all toasters must be made in the same factory - no matter which brand or how much it cost, every toaster we've had has quit toasting the bread on both sides before we'd had it a year. I felt like I was just throwing money away every time I replaced a toaster. I decided I was going to buy one with no bells & whistles - just a cheap toaster that would make toast. So this one was about $15. We've had it just almost 6 months and it is still working, still browning the toast on both sides. Happy.
