This is for a small child to have fun with, not for a teenager/adult to train with. It’s somewhat flimsy and the bag does not stay inflated. You will have to pump it up often. I thought ours just had a leak in it from the kids hitting it too hard, but from reading other comments it is a design flaw.

It’s really good if you want to release all the angers or practicing how to punch I usually use it to practice punching so yeah I’ll recommend it

Just by the real thing don’t waster your money still have to buy a needle for the pump to inflate the ball especially when it took forever to come
