These elevator brackets are well made with thick steel. The welds are solid and it looks like these will hold plenty of weight for the deer stand I'm building. The only slight issue is that deep in the pocket where the plates attach to the 4x4 sockets, there is no powder coating and there was minor surface rust on the bare steel. A quick blast of rustoleum in the pocket should prevent and further corrosion. Otherwise, these are awesome. ... show more
