I'm using Elegoo Saturn 2 8K printer with default settings. Translucent is not pure transparent white as shown in pictures. But amber. It is not a bad color, but still - not perfectly clear transparent. My exposure settings are default. And I'm using Elegoo curing station to cure my prints. I felt I need go state this. Clears will print foggy or Matt you must clear coat it to have that surface show its clarity. I say previous review and wish I could reply. Clears print decently well. Saturn2 8k is my set up. Need to research and see why my test prints had yellow tint to then rather than crystal clear ... show more

Fantastic, transparent resins are the best for printing reliably, hes primed but the lex luthor in the pic was made with this resin, the ONLY drawback to transparent resins is its hard to see details until you prime

Great resin, low odor, BUT not as transparent/clear as I had hoped. Clear Blue becomes frosted after cleaning before curing. I bought the Clear Green as well. Will make and review.

I have gotten a few of bottles from them and most of it was pretty good, but I did have a couple of bottles that had cracked lids and when I opened the box the resin was all over the bottle. still wrapped in plastic but a pain none the less. I couldn't use the bottle to store left over resin in and I had to clean off the bottle so I didn't get the resin all over everything. ... show more

I am new to the 3D printing. I have been doing this for about 6 months. I have tried a variety of different resins (I would say about 6 different manufacture of clear red). I found that the best resin for color and easy of use is Elegoo Clear Red is the best. I have the Anycubic Photon Mono, Anycubic Photon, Creality LD-002R, Prozen Sonic Mini, Qidi Shadow 5.5s, Qidi Shadow 6.0 Pro and have been able to use the same settings on all of the machines that is not a mono printer. The mono settings are the same for the two machines. I use Lychee Slicer, which helps me keep track of my settings. As you can see in the pictures the red is deep and vibrant. Here are the setting I use: For all of the machines except the monos Burn In Layers Number of layers: 8 Cure Time : 45s Light Off Delay: 6.5s Lift After Print: 6.0 mm Lift Speed: 65 mm/m Normal Layers Layer Thickness: .05 mm Light Off Delay: 6.5s Cure Time: 12s Lift After Print: 6 mm Speed Lifting Speed 65 mm/m Lowering Speed: 150 mm/m Mono machines (Phrozen Mini and Anycubic Mono) Burn In Layers Number of layers: 6 to 8 Cure Time : 14s Light Off Delay: 6.5s Lift After Print: 6.0 mm Lift Speed: 65 mm/m Normal Layers Layer Thickness: .05 mm to .025 mm depending on the detail of the build.
