Seller contacted me and is going to replace the roll of filament. Company is concerned with customer satisfaction and that goes a long way. Opened the filament to print something for my granddaughter. After a couple hours, found the filament not coming out due to the filament roll being “stuck”. Unwound it thinking the stuck was remedied. Printed again and it looked good so went to bed and came in to find the hour or so did not print again due to the filament being stuck again. Not sure if I want to try again. Love the color and how it prints, when it prints!

Had the pink for a few months now but first spool to be stuck together half way in. It was printing well and now will not roll in the AMS and keeps stopping the print. Plastic is stored exactly like all my other 20 spools I have of random brands *** Update 1/13/25 Manufacture reached out to me and offered a replacement roll of Pink. The new roll is having no issues and I hope to save the other roll on another empty spool. I will continue to use ELEGOO filaments for my projects

Doing a print for my niece and I needed pink PLA. When I started printing on an ender 3, this brand it was sticky and stringy like petg. After leveling the bed again and showing the printing speed down by more than half I was finally able to get a successful print. Pla should not need that much work. They definitely need to check their formula for filaments. Update. The company contacted me right after I posted this review. They work hard to solve the problem I'm having printing. And they offered a refund or a replacement. They're an amazingly supportive company and so I am updating the rating to five stars. I will definitely purchase their pla in the future.
