Broke after 2 uses cant get the extruder back together wires not saudered so they just came off im not ordering parts for a brand new printer.

Really easy to get set up, this is my first printer and the quality of the parts is awesome for such an inexpensive printer. I spent a long time deciding between this and the Bambu Labs P1S but i'm perfectly happy with the Carbon.

I only submit reviews if it terrible or excellent. That being said this printer is beyond my expectations. It prints fast and quality is amazing! I cant believe this was priced so low with! I dont regret buying and would certainly recommend it to a friend.

I recently bought an Elegoo printer, but it was dead on arrival. After emailing Elegoo's support team, I was told it would take 10 to 20 business days to get a replacement part. Unfortunately, the new part didn't fix the issue, and I had to send the printer back for a replacement. Getting the return label was another long process; it took Elegoo three days to send it to me. Now, I have to wait for the replacement printer to arrive. The whole experience has been frustrating, especially given Elegoo's reputation. As compensation for my trouble, they offered me one kilogram of PLA filament, which feels inadequate for a $373 printer. I'm disappointed with the level of support I've received and would rate this experience half a star if I could.
