I’ve been using Elegoo’s ABS-like line since the original V1, and while V2 was a solid step up, the ABS-Like 3.0+ feels like a complete overhaul. If you’re printing functional parts, mechanical prototypes, or highly detailed minis that you don't want to shatter if they drop, this is the version to get. The Breakdown: Improved Heat Resistance: The "plus" in 3.0+ refers to the 10% increase in heat deflection temperature compared to the standard 3.0. I’ve used this for custom automotive clips and bracket prototypes that sit in a warm garage, and unlike the older versions, I haven't seen any "slumping" or softening under moderate heat. Ultra-Low Viscosity: This is the most noticeable change during the printing process. The resin is significantly "runnier" than V2.0. This means it flows back into the print area faster after a lift, allowing you to reduce your "light-off delay" and speed up your total print time. It also makes cleaning the model in IPA much easier because the excess resin doesn't cling like thick syrup. Toughness & Non-Brittle: I did the "table height drop test" with a few calibration prints. Where standard resin would shatter into five pieces, this 3.0+ bounced or suffered a minor chip. It has enough "give" to be drilled or tapped with a screw without cracking the housing. High Precision: Despite being a "tough" resin, it doesn't sacrifice detail. The Grey color is very opaque, which helps the UV light stay crisp. The layers are nearly invisible at 0.05mm, and the dimensional accuracy is tight enough for press-fit parts. Pros: Fast Curing: I’m getting successful prints at 1.8s–2.2s exposure (on a Mono screen), which is incredibly efficient. Low Odor: It still has a chemical smell, but it is noticeably milder than the V1 or many "Tough" resins from other brands. Stable Pigment: I left it in the vat for 4 days without printing, and it didn't separate into a weird oily mess—a quick stir with the plastic spatula and it was ready to go. Cons: Still Brittle Compared to Nylon: While it’s "ABS-like," it’s not indestructible. If you need something that can bend 90 degrees without snapping, you still need to mix in a bit of Siraya Tech Tenacious. Cleanup: It requires a thorough wash. Because it's so low-viscosity, it can hide in tiny crevices; if you don't dry it completely before curing, you might get some white "frosting" in the details.

I mix with standard resin and it produces quality prints. The fumes are mitigated by ventilation and an air purifier. It cleans up easily with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol. Lastly, it was on sale so it was a great deal.

Great quality prints. Fine details come out intact even on small prints, and since it's "ABS-like" it can take a good amount of force before breaking, too. The resin worked with the same slicer settings I use for regular resin, so getting it set up was simple enough (though you could probably dial it in a bit more for better print quality).

This resin is amazing. The only time it's failed was when I tried printing at temps below 60. It flows nicely and I see a visible improvement in the details of my tools that I make with it. Also REALLY love that the grey I use glows under black light. It makes it very easy to see if I accidentally dripped some and need to clean it up. I also love that it is less expensive than the 2.0.

I've tried several 3D printing resins, but this one is top-tier! Prints come out crisp, detailed, and smooth, with minimal post-processing needed. The "ABS-like" quality really shows—it’s sturdy but not brittle, which is a lifesaver when printing delicate miniatures or structural parts. Curing time is fast, and the grey color is perfect for highlighting fine details before painting. The only downside? Now I have an army of miniatures taking over my desk, and they demand more prints. If you want high-quality, durable prints without constant failures, this resin is a must. Just be ready for your printer to go non-stop!

I'm never going back to standard 3D resin after switching to this product. There is little to no detail loss when printing 25mm miniatures, and the resin itself is so much more durable. I threw a miniature across the room and it bounced off a wall and the ceiling without chipping or cracking. I didn't even need to change any of the print settings for them to come out perfect. An interesting detail is that this resin has a cool glow effect when exposed to UV light in the curing station.
