So cute! The collars are soft. The bows are removable. The collar without the bow is wide enough that you can see the design and it stands out. With the bow it's exceptionally cute! I got an extra small for my cat. It is wider than a typical cat collar, but I just adjusted it to be a little loose. My cat seems to like it just fine. I got this one for $2.99. I think that is a great value. I don't think I would pay full price, though, for one for a cat.

I’m not here to dive into the whole gender feud, especially when it comes to animals, but I might have found a way to cut the whole “oh I’m sorry it’s a she!” chat with this item. I’m one of those that simply assume at first glance from a pet’s coat and breed that “golden retriever= female, grey pit-bull=male”. But hey don’t blame me nor yourself, Disney made us that way. I ended up being a product of this same targeted issue: my Tijuana rescue baby girl looks as masculine as one would think, and not that I care if they call her “him”, I care about the discomfort in each persons face when I mention “she” and they end up endlessly apologizing. Soooo awkward and unnecessary. So! I got my hopes up with this collar and ordered the plaid one with the flower. As stupid as it sounds, the flower made people ask “male or female” first BEFORE having to feel trialed for misgendering my clueless dog. Plus, she looks CUTE AS HECK. The quality is great and sturdy, the boucle clips easily and no matter how dirty my pup gets it’s easy to clean. Also is easily adjustable. I took one star off because of the weight, yes the lock is efficient and strong but holy moly it’s heavy, and makes me worry about my baby’s neck when she runs wild. ... show more
