I am updating my review . Anna has answered all questions including how to charge my chair from the joystick. Also she reached out to the warehouse and had them send me a new foot rest at no cost , which folds under the seat which makes it easier to get on and off . She also made sure I got the free air cushion . I have had the chair about a month and my helper and others have no problem lifting it in my car for grocery shopping or dr appointments. So much better than my walker because I have very bad back pain and bone on bone in both shoulders . Best purchase of the year !!

Just ok.
The QR hyperlink for instructions do not work. Also not so great on inclines and any curb lips. I had to go backwards and still needed assistance. Also didn't notice, no refunds. I hope it still works ok for me.

Pulled hard to the right and the joystick controller was a bit sensitive
I had trouble controlling this from day 1. I purchased it for a trip to Disneyland but it had trouble turning and pulled hard to the right. Occasionally it would jump forward causing me to go off the sidewalk when turning. They refunded my money but given the reviews I really was hoping for more.
