Set up is simple only takes a few min to have set up and running. The kids have a blast on it and the max weight is great because even me and the wife and go down and race so everyone in the family wins. Taking down is very simple and the bag to put it in after is a really nice size and fits lke butter.

The media could not be loaded. The slide had such an ease of assembly. I was able to unbox and put it up myself. The value of the slide outweighs the money spent on this. My three year old and my eight year old have played on this slide for two summers now. The size is awesome for both ages!! My three year old weighs 40lbs and my 8 year old weighs 100 lbs. I have even slid on it several times and I weigh 150lbs.

It was great at first. The kids had a lot of fun on it. Used twice, dried well and then somehow started taking on water in the inner chambers. I have no way to get that water out and even after draining/drying and hanging it up sitting in the Tx sun for 2 full days and manually attempting to squeeze the water out it wouldn’t dry. It now has mold and has to be thrown out. Buy a more heavy duty inflatable if you want for than 2 uses out of it 🙁 blower is still going strong though Update: the customer service team did reach out and sent out a replacement. They are attentive and easy to work with. Happy with my purchase and hopefully we can create more wonderful memories with the new slide Update #2: same thing happened with the second slide sent. Seams ripped internally causing slide to slant (like others have stated) and leak internally causing it’s inevitable demise 😢

We purchased this water slide a year ago. We live in Massachusetts so we only used it a few times during the summer and had it stored I our home throughout the winter. We took it out this yearly and for the first use, the material started to stretch and cause a large “bubble” on the inside separated. It caused the slide to slant towards the outside and therefore the kids to fall towards the outside and the ground. When I reached out to the company, it took them over 3 weeks to answer and was pretty much told, too bad it was past the “warranty” It’s too expensive and only used a handful of times to not have some sort of help from the company. It’s a shame because I liked the actual product.
