I am very satisfied with this electric wheelchair. It is comfortable, easy to operate, and has given me greater independence in my daily life. The battery lasts a long time, and the chair is sturdy and reliable. When I experienced an issue with one of the rear wheels, the customer service team was responsive, professional, and helpful. I like the way the battery can be changed while in the chair. It creams and groans making me think it may not last. Light enough that I can pick it up. Trade offs.

Great Wheelchair, perfect for my 90 year old Dad who broke his hip. It has 5 speed levels and it’s easy for him to steer with the joystick. It is also easy to change from power to manual so I can help with maneuvering him in tight spaces thats hard for him to steer. We had a little issue with the wheelchair and Anna in Customer Service responded and resolved it right away.

This chair is light enough that any of my family members can easily lift it into whatever vehicle. I have long legs, so I wish I could move the footrest about 3 inches lower, but oh well. This chair helps me maintain as much independence as possible. I really hate having to have anyone push me in a wheelchair, my electric chair is too heavy and a pain to transport for a short shopping trip. This chair is perfect. Very good value for the money. Very sturdy and feels solid. Folds so easy and takes up very little room. Magic.

Ive had this wheel chair for three weeks now. Ii am a 6ft 4in 79 year old man and 270lbs. This chair is very sturdy and fits my bigger body. Controls are easy to use. Weight is a little heavy for my condition but i would recommend it to anyone. I have searched Amazon and internet and found the best for me. Battery life seems good to me.

This is a quality, sturdy and stable product. We bought it for my wife, who has long term back issues, to use especially at DisneyWorld where we visit often. She has been practicing in our neighborhood as she has never used a joy-stick controller. It is simple to use and she has adapted quickly and easily. The controller is very responsive. We had several questions regarding battery charging and usage following quick delivery. Anna from JUSTHERO was our customer service representative. This is the first electric wheelchair for my husband. We love this chair! It is a little heavy for me, but it's do-able. My husband is 6'2", and weighs 250, and it fits him well. He had a stroke. So the stick is not easy for him, but I help him. I wish it wasn't water-challenged. But all electric wheelchairs are. So on rainy days we use the manual chair. This wheelchair folds and unfolds easily. Get the 2 battery chair just because. I bought a second battery a couple weeks later just for convenience. The battery lasts a long time. The instructions don't explain things as clearly as I'd like, but this made me think out of the box, coming to my own conclusions. There aren't any brakes. All you do is let go of the stick and it stops! The foot rest is easily lifted up and inside to move out of the way so you can get out or make a very tight corner. It's very quiet. It's very "back friendly" and comfy. I love this chair. I'm very happy!!!
