This is a great portable electric wheelchair. It came almost completely assembled. It took about 20 minutes to add tip wheels, joystick control cushions and batteries. It’s lightweight and fits easily in the back of our VW Jetta wagon. It’s well made and navigates well both inside and outside on the pavement. My husband hasn’t tried it on the grass yet. The battery holds a charge for several days with use around the house. Customer service is excellent. This chair is worth the money!

We are so happy with our new wheelchair! It is light enough for me (age 82) to put it in the car and very easy to fold up. It is peppy when on full speed and easy to operate. Lower speeds are great for inside. My husband is a tall man and it is comfortable for sitting long periods of time. We tested it at church yesterday! After extensive research, I bought this motorized wheelchair for my elderly based on the features and the positive reviews I found online. He requested a chair that was reliable, affordable, comfortable, and easy to transport, all things most consumers want in a motorized wheelchair. He was pleased with this chair for the first few weeks; it's easy to "drive" and maneuver, powerful on inclines, and the speed can be easily adjusted at will. It folds up easily, is lightweight, and he loves the placement of the footrest. He says charging only takes a couple of hours and it has very good battery life. But out of the blue, one of the motors began acting up, experiencing a surge while on, but not in use. The surge would cause the chair to move on its own, so we reached out to the seller for help. They have been extremely communicative during troubleshooting and have ultimately offered to send a new wheelchair to replace the defective chair. The customer service is excellent, and based on that and the positive reviews of their chairs that are not defective, I would buy from this company again.

After a history of multiple falls and broken bones, my doctor told me to protect myself. So, I bought this little wheelchair and it was a life saver. There has been no falls since I made the purchase! It's easy to fold and put in hubby's truck. Great when going to the doctors at a huge medical facility and I wholeheartedly recommend this chair. In fact yesterday at our doctors I was stopped by a lady and her elderly mother. She wanted to know all about it and I think she's convinced her mother would benefit from owning one, too.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. My dad is 76 years old and I purchased this for a surprise Christmas gift for him. He has a broken neck/also has had back surgery🥺 it’s so hard for him to go out and make it to doctors appointments for him and I because I’m a burn survivor also and it’s very tough pushing him. I was hoping this chair was going to be a wonderful present for my father, but soon as he came in Christmas morning, he saw it sat in it and tried to roll across the carpet at our house. He easily screamed with Pain. He said it’s too bumpy and it hurts his back so I proceeded to do a return and it’s been over a week now and I still haven’t heard from anyone this chair was a lot of money. I really wish I could return it so I can purchase him one that he can actually use that won’t put him in more pain.

We recently received the wheelchair and have been very pleased with it and its performance. We have had a similar chair for about 3 years. This one is definitely an upgrade and at a much better price. This chair feels sturdier and has arms that can be lifted for easier transitioning from the chair. We are so happy to have an 888 number to call with questions…no such thing with the last chair. It is easy to fold and put in our car and will be easy to put on the airplane when we fly. I agree that the written instructions are not very clear, but since we had a similar one before, we are already somewhat familiar with the chair and its performance. We have not had to recharge yet, but yes, we are somewhat concerned that we will not know when to charge. Having extra charged batteries will be helpful.
