This is the second electric wheelchair that I have ordered from Amazon. I had to send the first one back because it left marks on the floors of the assisted living facility that my partner is living in due to a fall that left him unable to walk. I when back on Amazon and found this company. Before ordering this chair I contacted them explaining the problem and they quickly responded saying that their chair would not leave marks on the floor. They also requested that I measure my partner’s hip with to make sure the 20”seat would fit him comfortably. In another message they told me that if by chance it did leave marks on the facility’s floor that they would pay for the return shipping. I ordered the wheelchair last week and it came in yesterday. We charged it overnight and this morning when I went over to help him try it out, l found that he had already taken it downstairs in the elevator to breakfast. NO marks in the elevator or anyplace else. I especially like the backup ring sound feature on the chair that warns others that he is there and backing up. He finds the chair very easy to handle. It has quite a bit of speed that he can control with the very effective joystick. He wanted an electric wheelchair so that he could go outside and take advantage of the facility’s large pond with a dock and a path around it. He can now go outside for a ride, feed the ducks and turtles and even fish if he wants to. Oh, another very handy feature is that he is able to easily charge the chair himself by using the secondary charge port on the joystick. No need to remove the battery in order to charge. This is a very well thought out feature. The chair comes with a phone attachment but we chose to use a cup holder that has a slot for the phone instead. I used the rod that fits into the arm, attached the cup holder and pushed it into the arm until the cup holder rested against the end of the armrest. ... show more

I love it so far I’m a plus size girl and it holds me fine only issue and why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because even tho I technically fit it’s a bit tight between the arm rest due to the curved bars that goes down for the arm rest making it not a full 21 inches in between wish they had spacer for this issue other wise I’d give it a 5 star ... show more

My best investment ever. I had a power chair provided by insurance. It was very big and bulky. It also tipped when I went up and down ramps. This chair is perfect. It's smaller and can fold up when needed. It also doesn't tip when going down a ramp. I feel more comfortable and secure in this chair. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a heavy duty electric wheel chair. ... show more
