I've been disabled for several years and this is not my first budget electric wheelchair purchase. I ordered this on Sunday and it arrived at my door fully assembled in a FedEx box Wednesday morning! I have an Eagle HD higher end chair that I bought used that I ended up giving to my mother when she broke her ankle and a generic electric folding chair that this one is replacing after it broke it's leg going off a curb. This one is definitely an upgrade. It's sits a little higher and comfier, my legs don't bump the front wheel brackets. The seat is wide enough at 20" but it can still get through doors and it has a 400lb weight capacity which was a big part of my choice to buy this particular chair. I'm a very big gal. Definitely don't think I could have found a nicer one for the price. It's been named Petunia and I think she and I will be very happy together as long as I don't fall off any more curbs! ... show more

This electric wheelchair exceeded our expectations

This is the second electric wheelchair that I have ordered from Amazon. I had to send the first one back because it left marks on the floors of the assisted living facility that my partner is living in due to a fall that left him unable to walk. I when back on Amazon and found this company. Before ordering this chair I contacted them explaining the problem and they quickly responded saying that their chair would not leave marks on the floor. They also requested that I measure my partner’s hip with to make sure the 20”seat would fit him comfortably. In another message they told me that if by chance it did leave marks on the facility’s floor that they would pay for the return shipping. I ordered the wheelchair last week and it came in yesterday. We charged it overnight and this morning when I went over to help him try it out, l found that he had already taken it downstairs in the elevator to breakfast. NO marks in the elevator or anyplace else. I especially like the backup ring sound feature on the chair that warns others that he is there and backing up. He finds the chair very easy to handle. It has quite a bit of speed that he can control with the very effective joystick. He wanted an electric wheelchair so that he could go outside and take advantage of the facility’s large pond with a dock and a path around it. He can now go outside for a ride, feed the ducks and turtles and even fish if he wants to. Oh, another very handy feature is that he is able to easily charge the chair himself by using the secondary charge port on the joystick. No need to remove the battery in order to charge. This is a very well thought out feature. The chair comes with a phone attachment but we chose to use a cup holder that has a slot for the phone instead. I used the rod that fits into the arm, attached the cup holder and pushed it into the arm until the cup holder rested against the end of the armrest. ... show more

This chair is fine other than the joystick is not working correctly the battery power indicator doesn’t work it needs to be replaced

Extremely good good all around BUT in my 86 year old body it did not “fit” me well if I were 70 it would have been perfect. I recommend this highly. BTY extremely great supplier to work with.

Very Sturdy Wheelchair
I purchased this wheelchair as the one I own is to heavy to transport. This wheelchair is great for going out and operates nicely on steep hills. I find it to be very comfortable considering I am a large person. I would highly recommend this chair.

Great for big people. Handles hills and terrain.

Excellent product for big people with disabilities. I found it takes some getting used to, but they do warn you of this in the booklet. After some practice, I am getting around in it quite well. Customer service is fast and courteous. I only had one minor problem, and that is with the bag that hangs on the back. The clips had come unstitched, but I should be able to get that fixed, and I might be at fault, just not sure. The chair is about 80 pounds, but still fairly heavy duty. So far so good I have wrote it one time and it was very good very nice very responsive I like the quality of the wheelchair is very nice I weigh 265 lb and it's very comfortable if you need a wheelchair this is the one you will not be disappointed I give it stars all day long
