I absolutely love my Mooncool Electric Adult Tricycle! It gives me the freedom to ride on bike trails with my family and grandkids, who also love riding. The trike is perfect for anyone with balance issues and weak legs. I'm 66 and my legs are not what they used to be. There's a slight learning curve getting used to it, but after that its fun to ride. I would recommend Mooncool to anyone.

The trike arrived with one petal broken and one back tire completely flat. I removed the cap and tried to pump it up, but it won’t hold any air. The back fenders were supposed to be installed and they were not. And the tools provided won’t fit in the space between the back tire and the screws used to attach them. I am just ready to give up. This is ridiculous. Still ridiculous that my trike was delivered in this condition. But after my neighbor helped me transport it to a bike shop in the back of his pickup truck where I had to pay approximately $100 for repairs and then arranging for the same neighbor to help me bring it back home, I am now pleased with the trike. It is fun to ride. There’s a bit of a learning curve to get used to the sudden acceleration, I am finally able to enjoy riding.

The bike needs to be assembled. Most of the bike is complete. You have to put on the wheels and handlebars and several other items. It took a few hours to complete. After assembly I took it out for a ride and was very happy with the quality. However the battery life was not as expected. I communicated with them and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another battery and charger at no cost. The range was still not what I expected but with an extra battery, the range is acceptable. My joy was with the customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and tried to help fix my issue to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how well they handled my issue. I ride nearly every day and have put over a thousand miles on the bike. I highly recommend this trike.

My 15 year old son really likes his new bike. The color is brighter in person, and it stands out in the dark. The frame is sturdy and somewhat light weight. Easy for him to carry. Assembly was a little challenging for me but not my husband. Overall would recommend.
