This toy is definitely overpriced for what it is as I’ve seen comparable “monster trucks” that are much bigger and with a lot more features, like working suspension. This toy is more like a UTV because it’s not that big. Also, there is no suspension at all front or rear. The materials are not great as we broke the front bar pretty easily pressing the “V” button which seems to engage an autonomous mode where it randomly crashes into stuff. There are two lights on the bottom and one of them was broken out of the box. Another headlight had to be pushed back into place so overall this product had mediocre quality control. It comes with two 3.7 V batteries so you always have a spare and the controller requires 2 AA that aren’t included. I did not test the “smoke” function but it comes with a dropper tool to pull water from a cup and then drop it into the compartment on the back. It also comes with a little screwdriver but if you have your own that might be a good idea as their tool is fairly cheap. Since the truck is RWD and not a 4x4 you can do donuts very easily. Just turn the wheel and push the power all the way up. Eventually you won’t even need much power to keep the donuts going.

I bought this WRTWRT 1:18 RC Monster Truck for my nephew (8 years old), and it has quickly become his favorite toy. It’s packed with fun features, durable enough for rough play, and easy for kids to control. What we love: ✔ Cool LED Lights & Spray Effect The LED lights look amazing when driving in the evening, and the spray mist effect is such a fun touch. It makes the truck feel more “alive” and adds excitement to every play session. ✔ Great for All Terrains This truck handles everything—grass, gravel, dirt, and even small bumps—without any trouble. The wheels have excellent traction, and the suspension makes the ride smooth, even on uneven ground. ✔ Easy for Kids to Control The 2.4GHz remote is responsive with no lag, and beginners can pick it up quickly. Even my younger niece (4 years old) was able to drive it after a little practice. ✔ Long 40-Minute Playtime The battery life is impressive. Kids usually get tired before the truck does! We often get close to the full 40 minutes, and the battery recharges at a reasonable speed. ✔ Durable and Well-Built The truck has survived multiple crashes, flips, and outdoor adventures with no issues. The “graffiti” design is bright, fun, and gives it a unique personality. ✔ Perfect Gift for Kids Between the spray function, lights, and strong motor, this RC truck feels like a premium toy without the high price tag. Great for birthdays, holidays, or just a fun surprise. A small note: The spray feature needs a tiny bit of water added, but the tank is easy to fill and doesn’t leak. This is a super fun RC Car. My son got it for Christmas and has been really enjoying it. It's quiet, fast, and easy to control. The battery compartment is screwed down which kind of stinks for swapping batteries or recharging, but it's the standard for these types of toys. It looks great, and he loves the smoke that comes out the back of it. It seems good quality, and has great traction on my hardwood floors. Seems like a good value for the money and a nice feel to the materials used.

Overall very pleased! It’s a smaller monster truck, but just right for my son (10+). Fun feature of blowing “smoke” was a bonus. Works well, remote is easy to use. Car turns well and has a mode that runs itself doing tricks. It’s about average for price point. Seems you can get the same quality for a little less, but also have seen comparable for more. Runs well on solid surface - street, sidewalk, floor - not as well on dirt. Durability remains to be seen. It is thinner plastic and I can see it falling apart easy, but the mechanical body of the car is well made.
