Perfect for someone who likes to ride bike but not pedal much

Would definitely recommend. The assembly was time consuming but easy step by step instructions helped so much with assembly and setting up the available options. Some help would be useful if you are not good putting things together. Rides and handles very well, the battery holds a charge for days with short daily use, great little grocery getter in town. Would be perfect for taking anywhere. I went on a 20 mile ride two days after I got it, it did great. The ride was on a very hilly and winding road/bike tar bike trail, it did slow down a lot on the bigger hills but I still didn't need to petal to assist. Perfect for someone who likes to ride bike but can't really do any pedaling. I did recharge the battery after that, which I completely expected. No problem making it that far, I still had half of the battery life left by the time I got back. It does feel a bit unstable if you are trying to take corners to fast. ... show more

I was apprehensive ordering a tricycle in my 50’s lol But damn this thing is the bomb! It's super cute! I choose the mint/teal green. I LOVE that balance is not an issue. I can sit anywhere on my bike and also, if I choose be on my phone comfortably. The seat is AMAZING! LOVE the backrest! The seat is thick and has a hole for air exchange then a backrest which not only hides my butt but is super comfy! I love how I can choose to get exercise but also have extra help on hills and/or extra speed when needed. It goes fast too if you want to. It's fun to ride! The bike arrived 75% pre-assembled- there was very little more to do. I had it ride ready within 30 minutes. Easy-peesy! The only issue is maybe bulkiness & its heavy to lift. It takes up quite a bit of space to store. There is a ton of storage space on this bad boy! Perfect for delivery jobs or a side business maybe selling water ice! Everyone notices this bike - they love it everywhere I go. I bought my son an e-bike too & we have so much fun riding around! I highly recommend this bike! Arrived on time, extremely packed with care and included extra paint, extra fuses, and all necessary tools. It arrived fully charged. I’ve ridden it several times and the battery is still very much full. I know it's a bit pricey but it's a quality item that I expect to enjoy for years to come. ... show more

This trike is very inexpensive and gets me around fairly well but it has some drawbacks. 1 The throttle is a simple on off switch meaning the electric motor is either on or off. There is no easing the sudden acceleration (even at 70%) once you engage the motor so be ready to hit the brakes. 2 my trike has a slight lean to the left that is visible to the eye and noticable while riding. I assume the quality control is a little lacking but that's to be expected for the price. 3 the gauge on top of the battery is not working but the battery seems fine otherwise and the battery level gauge on the bike display seems fine (waiting for a response from seller, will update) 4 the rear basket is very flimsy while the front basket is very sturdy 5 the assembly is not that hard for someone mechanically inclined but someone like my wife might need help. Overall a nice trike that will go 19 mph (I got the 500 watt motor) but it's a little unstable at times. I've only ridden it about 10 miles so durability remains to be seen. I'll probably take it to a local shop to tune it up and get back to you with an update ... show more

I purchased this E-Trike for my wife as the bigger model was too big for her. I have a model 180 (20" x 4" fat tires). The N6 (18"x 3" tires) model is nearly as fast as mine ( 2 mph slower ) and all other features are comparable even with the size difference. Very satisfied with both models, good bikes for the price. My dead Narrack N6.

I wish I did not have to write this review. I studied EVtrikes and settled on Narrack because of the generally positive reviews, the trike attributes and price. Price was the decider. The trike came as scheduled, a day early, the box heavy at 103 pounds but in undamaged shape The next day l started the assembly process. The trike was well packed and opening the box, removing the foam protect held by plastic ties and unfolding to to full frame open took me about an hour. Once that was done I started The assembly and here is what I found; 1. Absolutely refer closely to the manual and video as things are not always intuitive. 2. The fasteners come in the slots loosely threaded. Absolutely drive every faster to full thread. The machining leaves lots to desire. On some items I had to actually hand file a bevel on the threads to get them started and on. After lengthy starter threading attempts I had to do that to get things on especially the pedals. These trikes are large, complex machines and even the low wages in China do not allow my N6 Narrack all the finished edges one wants at the low price. 3. Some of the parts, like the front basket have an assembly method designed by the Marquise de Sade. Assembly is difficult. Remember, difficult means more assembly time. I finally got the trike together in decent form and took it outside. Assembky time seems on everyone's mind. I have done this type of work all my life but it still took me over 4 hours. Better design and machining could cut that, but assembly is time consuming and slow. I fully charged the battery, it comes with a low charge, got three green bars, fully charged, turned the key to on, with manual in hand, and set about to turn on the display. It turned and and I wanted to set it to full EV trike. It comes with Pedal Assist showing. I changed several settings, using the manual as this is a complex machine. As I was working with the display it went dark and I have not been able to energize it again. Its dead. At first the horn and lites still worked but finally they stopped working as well. It is now a fully dead EV trike. Bear in mind that without the display you have a manual 85 pound trike, add your own weight and manual pedaling can be done, but very tiring. Finally all electrical stopped working and my calls to Narrack started. Narrack I found can be reached, but its time consuming and I found the operative I was dealing with was in too much of a hurry to know what was happening. They finally told me they would send me another display. Probably it is needed but I think the problem is far greater than the display. I was asked whether I had anyone who could fix the trike for me. Would you buy an EV trike to have to fix a serious problem as I was asked to do? The trike came Aug 5 and sits like a dead being outside, useless. Narrach has lots of cute ads, many very positive reviews, but go on line and on their Facebook page and you will find many people who have significant unresolved problems. It seems to me Narrack has exploded with business and seems overwhelmed by the success, unable to keep up. Be aware. Of course their ultimate protection is you pay a large sum to return the trike to them. The return risk is on you. I would NOT BUY another Narrack. For me the pleasure I expected to have with the trike gas turned into emotional PAIN ... show more

It took my husband and brother about an hour to assemble. It's 90% assembled when you receive it.There is a Narrak video on YouTube. If you watch it you can put it together easily. The book is confusing. This was a gift to myself! Yay! I tore my left Achilles tendon and can't do much right now. I was crazy bored until I decided that it was time. I have been looking at electric tricycles for almost a year. Did a ton of research. Narrak has been in business for over 20 years so I figured they have to be doing something right. Great reviews throughout the internet. The worst reviews I found were here on Amazon. The ride is great! The factory set speed is a little slow for me with a top speed of 12 mph, so I will be resetting that. Does really well on pavement. Flies through my yard! My yard is really bumpy. It handled well I will be taking it on a longer voyage and will add to this in the future. Stay tuned.... ... show more

The chain you paddle with is only 4.5 inches off ground .if run over anything or go up a crub at angle you're entire sprocket will be destroyed. Rest of bicycle is nice

I have been a bike enthusiast since as early as I could ride one. I biked a lot in my youth and into middle age. There came a time when where I lived wasn't bike-friendly. I missed riding, and then came 2 hip replacements. I am glad to say that I bought this e-trike for my 75th birthday. I am in love! I live in a neighborhood with many miles of bike paths and love riding every morning to greet the day. I It arrived in good order, and I put it together myself! My husband helped "torque" down some bolts before I took my maiden voyage. I'm still learning all about the way it operates, but loving every minute of it. It has brought a sense of joy and freedom to my life. I've heard that Customer Service is good, but I haven't had any issues, and I have joined the FB group. Thank you, Narrak, for providing a way I could ride again. ... show more
