We had a little trouble putting it together but once we got it I couldn't complain. It works great, my 2blittles fit great on the rear bench. I had to improvise on the buckle because it only works for one kiddo, not enough for 2 kids. The little basket underneath works great for a basic grocery trip. I really like front light but wish it had rear. I can improvise with rear lights as well. We live in a small town, so if I have the 2 smaller children with me I can take them to the park, grab a few groceries, check my mail and run by the bank with some battery to spare. If I'm by myself I can do three of those trips in a week before having to charge. I highly recommend reading the manual, you have to charge the battery a certain way, or you won't get a charge or might mess the battery up. Personally I love it, it's a bright orange so I know people can see me, but I still don't ride it at night. All in all I give this bike alone a 9 out of 10, but I left a 5 star review because I reached out after receiving the bike and asked for help and they responded quickly and we got the issue figured out. The bike is still going strong and it's been a real help to me. Thank you guys!

Great trike. We had some problems with the motor because stop working but look like it's ok again. My disabled daughter like the ride. 2nd trial didn't work great. Motor stop again.

It is quite a task to assemble. All tools are included, but it will help if you have a "Dad" garage with some tools available. Loctite is important. Get some at your local hardware store before you open the box. Chain guard interferes with the folding lock, so if that is important to you, then you will need to choose between installing the chain guard or being able to fold the frame. Once assembled, it rides pretty well. It is possible to assemble. Just allow more time than you thought it should take, and then double it. But if you wanted one already assembled, you would have gone to your local bike shop.

My bike battery pack handle is broken. Some of the medal is bent. I have pictures, but don’t know how to put in a claim. Also the bottom of the pump is broken.

First off for the price and what it is, compared to other high dollar electric trikes its great. Putting it together wasn't too bad pretty standard bike build. (Intermediate challenge). Had some issues the metal is very cheap and the main part that connects the chain derailer stripped out, I used a nut and bolt I had laying around. Otherwise it was gonna get returned. All in all for the price it's cool, kids love riding around neighborhood on it. Holds myself 180lbs, and 2 kids 45lbs each. Maybe throwing some good parts on it will improve ride quality.

This is my main mode of transportation. All season tires but we will see come winter. Wish it was faster so I can keep up with my fiance and big bro. Also a way to attach a child trailer would be nice. But I'm satisfied my money was well spent.
