A first rate piece of equipment, well made and very substantial. It did require a considerable amount of assembly of some remaining parts. It was doable but a challenge requiring some skill and effort.

    • No customer support and it broke on the first ride
Super difficult to put together and it’s a very heavy bike, so it was difficult to move the box. With help, we got the bike together, but it would turn on for a second and immediately turn off. We got that fixed (remove the protective clear plastic) and went out for our first ride. The rear seatbelt is cheap and the plastic to adjust it was broken. We got about 3/4 of a mile out and it died. So I had to push the heavy bike with two little kids strapped in all the way home. I called Amazon and they could not find a number for the manufacturer to trouble shoot. They offered partial refund - no. Now, I need to figure out disassembling the bike, repackaging it, and somehow getting this super heavy box to UPS to return it. A HUGE waste of my time and money. We are SO disappointed. The lack of customer support is a big deal. Also the instructions are subpar for putting it all together. ... show more

I had problem with battery and received no help with contacting seller, after back and forth trying it started to charge and worked for 3 weeks now does not charge again,as far as the bike it is different handling with front motor a little bit but you get used to it quickly,I bought it to take my handicapped sister for rides and she loved it and it worked well and I even put a basket on the seat to fit groceries and took this thing shopping so it has a lot of uses just wish the battery would work so the bike I like but no help from seller so I guess I will have to buy one !! ... show more

    • Bike not working
Arrived defected, battery is not working to top it off the bike rides sideways. The bike comes partially assembled, the front tire and handle bars need to be assembled. The back wheels come assembled but still the bike is DANGEROUS because it steers sideways against your will to go forward straight, it was tested in the bikecycle mode. The instructions include the dangers of fatality because the bike steers sideways. So the question is WHY IS THIS PRODUCT SOLD AT ALL? This is a china based company so it will be a struggle to get a refund im sure but we will see if i was robbed a 1k ... show more

3 stars for now as I haven’t ridden it yet. Assembly took 4 hours solo, and I’m not quite finished yet as there are washers missing for the rear seat backrest bolts and dust caps missing for the front fork. Worst part was putting on the rear footrest and seat frame. Absolutely no guidance given other than literally “find all the parts of the rear seat and put them together” & “the pictures displayed after completion can be used for reference” even though there’s only one picture, from an unhelpful angle displayed. It’s the component with most parts unfortunately. No guidance on adjusting (if there is any) of the rear seat shock absorbers. The seatbelt straps are screwed in solidly but block putting 2 of the 5 screws fastening the padded backrest to the frame. You’ll need more tools than they supply. A long length Phillips head screwdriver, wrench, and metric socket set at a minimum. The instructional manual is fair to middling otherwise. Definitely will challenge beginners. Quality is just ok at this point. It’s definitely not a premium product but seems to be a good value vs. its competitors. ... show more
