I’m using the kennel for an emergency situation for my pregnant Nigerian Dwarf goat. I would not recommend it for more than one small goat. I think it will work for a calm goat. The gate handle is pretty flimsy, will I need to add a chain for extra security. It went together quickly. The panels can bend at the joints. It’s not going to keep your animals dry under any sort of windy rain conditions. I have mine under a larger canopy and added shade cloth to two sides for rain and wind break. This is a great cage. My oldest son on 23 and my 8 year put together, they said it was super easy to understand all the directions and it even came with the tool to tighten up the screws! Great buy!!

I got this cage so my dog would have more room when I have to go into the office. It was a heavy box the delivery man needed a hand truck. Keep that in mind if you live in an apartment or place with stairs. I put it up in my living room,I'm not worried about interior design right now. I did it by laying the pieces flat and using the toggles for the tarp roof to hold it together temporarily while I tighten the bolts. Because it's in my house I didn't bother putting the top bars and cover on. I'm 5'11 and the cage comes up to my shoulders. My dog is 72 lbs and there is enough room for a bed, food and water spot and bathroom area if necessary. I used 24x24 inch foam pads for flooring 6 should cover the floor completely, I currently have 4 and a piece of laminate. I'm sure if someone broke in the house he could get out cause he's sassy like that...but I'm comfortable leaving him 6-8hrs at a time and he can't knock it over and get out willy nilly. You can put the door whenever you need to I put mine on the longer side instead of where the pic shows. It's a really good buy and puts my mind at ease when I need to be gone for long periods of time. ... show more

Pros: -Easy to assemble -Not expensive -Painted steel that won’t rust soon -Packaging is excellent -Comes with a great tool for assembly Cons: -Not the sturdiest build as it moves at all the panel connectors despite tightening…I’d suggest to the manufacturer one more set of connectors going all the way around in the middle. As it is I’m going to stake it at the corners so my dog can’t move it around. -Screws are too short for assembling the top, had to go buy longer screws -Top doesn’t fit well, had to hammer it in -NOT the measurements listed, I’ve got it at 47 inches wide by 93 1/2 long by 70 1/2 tall. The only reason that mattered to me is I wanted to put a 4x6 stall mat in there and it doesn’t fit inside. -Flimsy door latch ... show more
