Don’t let the size fool you! I admit, when it was delivered I opened it up and was disappointed because it looked very small and I wondered how could this little thing be what I wanted? Anyway I installed it which was very easy and simple. And I was shocked that it heated up the water in literally seconds! It works better than the previous one I had that was 3 times the size and it took 3 times longer to get hot water!

It works and heats water. But I had to turn the volume way down and turn the tempature to 100 degrees which isn't that hot but it's do able. Half a gallon per min is max for this heater. Maybe I thought it would be more but it works. It's more of a sink heater than a shower heater

Still haven’t installed it,and will change the rating if my issue is fixed. I had purchased a titan tankless water heater and it brought all the nesesary hoses. On one picture it showed 2 flex hoses with the heater ,and come to find out no flex hoses are included.nothing just the unit. And my second issue is that I saw it needs a 50amp breaker just now , with a 50 amp breaker. The ad is very deceptive ,speaks a lot about compact fits anywhere hot water when u need it but mentions THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION very vaguely. And now I’m stuck because my rv does not have a 50 amp breaker nor the 8g wire needed. So NO THIS IS NOT SOMETHING ANYONE CAN INSTALL. make sure you have a professional electrician ready to install it if you order it if not, you’ll have to return it.
