  • Not very well made
It worked OK on fluffy snow. It did not work very well on compacted or wet snow and it stops a very little snow stuck in it. The directions do not match the batteries that it comes with. It says to store the battery with 50% charge, but there’s no percent charge on the battery so you can’t tell how charged the battery is and the bottom piece snapped off after the second pass. It is not securely attached to the blower with long thick screws. ... show more

  • I was skeptical. Works well for what it is!
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first, but it does a decent job for what it is. In all fairness you have to keep in mind this is a battery powered handheld snowblower and it is going to have limitations. I have a plow and a large snowblower, but I wanted something I could use in some of my tighter sidewalk areas. This would also do well for steps, decks, or stoop areas where you can’t easily get a snowblower. The snow in the video is lightweight crystallized snow. It’s about 10 inches deep and has been on the ground for almost 10 days. This machine is not made for that kind of snow, but with some patience it worked. I made 2 to 3 passes taking about 3 inches at a time until I got to the concrete. A few places where the machine caught the concrete are places ice had formed. This is not going to handle packed snow, ice, or heavy wet snow, unless you’re able to keep up with it as it comes down. I also found, as the battery dies, the drum slows and occasionally you get a buildup between the drum and the housing. Be aware of sound the machine is making, or I’m sure things will damage easily. The snow is thrown directly out in front of the machine, there is no adjustment for the direction the snow is thrown. Overall, keeping in mind this is a handheld, battery powered, lightweight plastic snowblower, I’m pleased. ... show more

  • Not a good choice
Save your money. This item is terrible. Instructions make no sense like referring to pictures that are not included. Text is gibberish. I am very experienced in assembling various items and this one was almost impossible. Actually broke the auxiliary handle trying to get it on the handle. Battery charger information and instructions do not match the included items. Charged both batteries as close to instructions as possible. When I installed one on the unit it would not start. Tried second battery with same result. Will try again tomorrow. Think I am just out the money because it would be just as difficult to un-assemble unit for return. This had a lot of stars or I would not have purchased it. Look at the many other choices. ... show more

  • Beware . . A real piece of junk !!!
Big waste of money. I purchased this shovel for a few reasons. It came with 2 batteries that were supposed to charge quickly . . They took 7 plus hours plus to charge so I couldn't keep up with the snowfall . . it only worked well with a few inches if snow. I ended up manually shovelling. Supposedly it had a directional feature which it did not and the directional feature was deleted from the original description of the item after i purchased it. Second snowstorm I made a couple of swipes on my tiny driveway in light snow, when the lip on the bottom of the shovel just snapped off right off. A real piece of junk . . I learned to never throw the box away . . I would have returned it! Lesson kearned. ... show more

  • Perfect Timing — Arrived Right Before a Major Snowstorm
This snow shovel arrived on January 24, 2026, and the timing couldn’t have been better. The very next day, January 25, 2026, we were hit by a major snowstorm (Winter Storm Fern). It snowed for most of the day and into the night, dumping roughly 12–18 inches of heavy, wet snow in my area. Roads were covered, and my driveway and steps were completely buried. I put this snow shovel to work right away, and honestly, I was impressed. It’s lightweight but surprisingly powerful. It cleared a wide path with each pass and handled both fresh snow and the heavier packed snow near the driveway edges without stalling. I especially liked that it threw the snow far enough so I didn’t have to keep re-clearing the same area. The dual batteries were a big plus. I was able to clear my driveway and front walkway on one set, then swap batteries and finish the rest without stopping to recharge. Setup was quick and simple, and it started instantly — no gas, no pulling cords, no fumes. What I appreciated most was how much easier it was on my back compared to a traditional shovel. During a storm this strong, that really matters. Overall, this was a perfect real-world test during a serious snowstorm, and it performed better than I expected. If you’re looking for a compact, cordless snow shovel for driveways, sidewalks, and steps, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to wrestle with a heavy gas snow blower or a regular shovel during big storms. ... show more

  • Lots of handle issues
Used it for about 30 minutes before the button on the handle angle adjuster broke and stopped working. Pretty cheap plastic. The blower itself still works and does okay, but best not to use this any sort snow that is packed or not fresh. May try to return it, not sure. Should have got a full snow blower instead. Someone mentioned they weren't able to get the handle parts to connect. The instructions are very very poor. Really no assembly instructions at all. You do have to loosen the screw on the casing at the end of the receiving handle so that the handle parts come together, then snap in, and retighten. Having to hold the trigger down to run thing is really tedious and tiresome on the hands. I have carpal tunnel and had to keep switching back and forth. Which is why I got this thing, so I wouldn't have to shovel. Don't recommend. ... show more

  • Stay away!
What a piece of junk. The handle broke on installation and without any force, no tools used. It didnt evn last 1 storm of 5 inches. It kept bogging down and then a cheap plastic part on the bottom broke off. It's now taking up space in the office dumpster waiting for the trash company to take it to where it belongs!!! ... show more
