Scooter is fun BUT I can not get the neck that holds the handle bars to not move back and fourth. The company told me what screws to check and tighten but that did not solve the issue. I want an exchange for the same because I am happy with the item but the looseness and the creaking it makes is making me not ride for fear of having accident. Scooter needs to be exchanged under the 14 days and company is not helping besides telling me to check what I have already checked. So far 900.00 scooter I can’t safely ride. I don’t trust how much movement there is on something so important at 30+ MPH. I will adjust review IF the company exchanges and makes right ... show more
