It goes 18 mph 8 miles tops range (not full speed) Tire popped in the back after 4 rides and was impossible to fix so I replaced with solid rubber tire. This is worth about $50

The good: 1. It's fast - on the "S" setting I get around 19 to 20 mph! 2. It is light, only 20lbs - easy to carry up and down stairs to and from my commuter bus terminal. I have NO clue how people with a 40 to 50lb scooter are fairing. 3. Rapid fold up and unfold - About 30 seconds max. 4. Handle bars little taller than regular - I am a tall guy, 6'4" and the handles fit me just fine. 5. Decent battery life - I can do a weeks worth commuting (Bus Station to work and back, RT 2 miles) easily on one charge with room to spare even when set to the high power sport mode! The "Not so good": 1. The uphill power is lame. It will do it but with some strain and sloooow. Our bike path inclines in Denver are about 15%. 2. Rear brakes only - even then I feel it is top heavy when breaking. Haven't tried a "brake check" yet, afraid I might biff it. 3. No suspension, just hard inflated air tires - the ride is very rough. Watch out for obstacles, holes or cracks in your path. 4. The mode switch - a little bit to get used to with double pushes and triple pushes. 5. The speed controller - well it is not terrible smooth, kind of jerky when trying to go lower speeds. Especially in ECO mode it sometimes has a hard time going even though you give it a good head start.

Hurt bad sprained arm due to brakes ot working

I wish I knew how they got 21 miles range. The most i have got this far is 6 miles range. But theb15 mile difference between their estimate and my real world testing done in eco mode at 6mph max speed doesn't come anywhere near their range indicated. I only weigh 145 pounds so I dont think it is the weight issue. It makes me wonder if the battery is as large as advertised truthfully. The lights are effective at helping you see and be seen at night. Ride is rough over uneven surfaces but that is to be expected at this price point. UPDATE: contacted customer service to just get the small locking mechanism on the handlebars replaced as I cannot do without the scooter. It is my transportation to and from work. Without it i would have to walk 6.5 miles 6 days a week after working 12+ hours on my feet. So a return is not possible. Thanks Amazon for being so effed up that you can't just replace the stupid lock. Lost my membership because of it. Permanently. Also, I have a flat rear tire that the seller refuses to help me change (by giving me the instructions to diy) and so now I have a 200 dollar paperweight while having to walk 12+ miles each day for work. Or spend 45 bucks a day on Uber so thanks truly terrible scooter, and seller, ZERO customer service. STAY AWAY OR GET SCREWED OVER BY THEM!
