I was a little skeptical due to a few negative reviews but based on my personal experience, this scooter is great! It is reliable and can last multiple laps around my neighborhood. The brakes are excellent and provide immediate stop and the light features are perfect for safety. It does indeed take a few hours to charge but it is worth it due to the large battery life. The assemble was easy and simple enough to be completed by myself! In comparison to my friends other scooters, this one is the second best after the phantom. But this one is definitely much more cheaper. My tire was flat which caused the speed to slow down but once my dad filled it up, it went at a faster speed. I totally noticed the difference. If you want a decent scooter but don’t want to spend $400 speed but still want a quality scooter, the mega wheels e-scooter is perfect for you! TOTALLY RECOMMEND

The first thing that really stood out to me was the build quality. The scooter feels extremely sturdy and well-built, which was one of my biggest concerns going into this purchase. I didn’t want something that would feel flimsy or unsafe, and this scooter is the complete opposite. The frame is solid, and everything from the handlebars to the wheels feels like it’s built to last. Even when riding over rough patches on the sidewalk, I’ve felt completely stable and in control. Pricing was another factor I was keeping a close eye on, and I’m happy to say the scooter delivers great value for its price. There are plenty of more expensive models out there, but this one strikes the perfect balance between affordability and quality. For what you’re paying, you’re getting a well-constructed scooter that’s packed with practical features. As someone who didn’t want to splurge on my first scooter, I think the pricing is more than reasonable for what it offers. The battery charger doesn't charge the scooter!! I've tried repeatedly to get help for this and getting nowhere! The part you plug the charger into on the scooter is loose! Even buying an additional charger like the AI bot told me to...it doesn't stay connected! It wiggles inside the scooter! I really like this scooter but I cant charge it! Wint hold the charger properly in the port! At this price point.....super upset!

I have been riding my e-bike for five years, and I’ve put 2,800 miles on it. Not once did I feel in danger. I had high hopes for this scooter. The 10” pneumatic wheels were great. It took a few hours to charge up. Assembly was very simple. There was a minor problem with hook in the folding mode. Tech support helped me with that. Great tech support, emailed me back very quickly. I got a good price on it. I rode on it for only five minutes. I am a senior and I realized with this scooter I could hurt myself with one small slip up. It’s a great scooter, very stable, great braking power. Just not for me. Sent it back. I’ll leave this gadget for the younger generation. They love the e-scooters.

Nice little scooter. Good battery life, easy to use. The only thing keeping it from being five stars is the app. The app is a complete pain in the neck to set up. Gave up trying to set it up, I use the scooter without the app.

This thing is like riding on air compared to those cheaper solid tire scooters with no suspension. Im a big guy and this scooter has no problem carrying me uphills. Would recommend.

Very impressive for the price! Took it for a test ride and it works as advertised. The performance really surprised me. Uphill performance is solid with speeds reaching up to 18 miles an hour. The suspension is nice. Although you will still feel bumps, they definitely help. Brakes are also very sensitive and responsive. Assembling this scooter is a piece of cake and instructions are nicely written on the box so that by the time you lift the scooter out of the box, all you really need to do is screw in the kickstand and you're pretty much good to go. You will def need to install the app to change the settings on the scooter so keep that in mind, but it is very easy to use and navigate. Scooter comes with a night light thats pretty bright, navigation lights, and a bike bell thats cute, but serves no purpose really. All in all, im very happy with it. Id recommend it. Edit*** After a few days of use I have noticed that the uphill performance is not too good which is to be expected with a batter of this capacity. If you're on a steep incline, it wont push more than 5mph.

Please be aware that the rear plastic fender can easily break off. The very first day that my son got to use his new scooter, the rear tire quickly lost air pressure and popped off the rim on one side. I had to take it to a specialist to get the tire put back on only for them to also have to replace the valve stem because it was not installed properly. Now that it is fixed, my oldest son enjoys his scooter. It is quick enough to get him around and not be illegal in my state. Once we got past the issues of the rear tire and it runs while it charge as well and the very invisible with the side lights. If you get this for someone please also get a helmet!
