I ordered this E-scooter for myself for Father's day. After a month of using I find it a great little scooter. I live in a small city close to the countryside. It's a great scooter to take out on rural and open roads. I weigh about 180# and this scooter is pretty reliable on gentle or even a moderate grade. Steep grades make it struggle a bit but I have never had it quit on me. I believe it was made for more level areas and gentler grades, the kind you'd find in a small city or other area and that is mostly what I drive on. It has three speed limiter settings. I usually use the highest at 18mph but generally only cruise at about 12-15mph. It is sturdy, was easy to put together since it was already mostly assembled. In town I can ride around for an hour or so and still have a lot of battery life left. Most of the city roads here are residential and fairly level with gentle hills here and there. The baskets are handy for carrying smaller items. I just use the back basket because I like the feel of firm footing on the scooter floor. If your looking for a great little e-scooter for just getting around town, this is the one for you. It has an advertised twenty mile range which I have not tested, but speeds are accurate. My longest ride so far is nearly 10 miles and I still had 3-4 bars of battery life left. I do believe on level roads without too many steeper grades this scooter would easily cover the 20 range advertised. Barring any unforeseen issues I would buy this item again.

I bought this scooter to cruise around my neighborhood and to go to nearby convenient stores, parks, events, etc. I love it. The seat is comfy. I also chose it because it has folding pegs that you can rest your feet on. It has a small rear basket and the deck basket is sturdy. You could fit one packed grocery bag or two (depending on how full) in a pinch. I was a bit apprehensive seeing it had no shocks, but to my surprise, the air filled tires/comfy seat combo works well. It rides nice and the brakes are sufficient. I have reached 16mi once, but, that was riding slow(8-13mph) and not WOT(wide open throttle). If you full throttle much as possible, depending on your weight I would say expect to get maybe 9-12miles at best. My guess is someone under 90lbs may be able to reach the claimed 20mi range driving slower speeds. I do wish it could go 25mph vs the 18.6mph. I would like it if the default mode was mode1 and not mode3. I think that would work best for small and or 1st timers. Top speed in mode1 is appx 10-11mph. Mode2 is appx 12-15mph and mode3 is appx 15-18.6mph. The speed governor will not allow it to go past 18.6mph. Acceleration is ok for what it is. All in all I consider it a great E-scooter. It seems well built, comfortable, quiet and can get you places much faster than walking. It can climb short, slight inclines, although I would say conquer those closer to full battery status. Once you get down to 1 or 2 blocks left of battery life, the power decreases and you won't be able to reach the top speed. Just something to be mindful of. With that being said, plan to be close to your destination because once you can't go above say 10mph at full throttle, the battery is pretty much depleted. I definitely recommend this scooter especially if you're not in to going faster speeds. It's uses are as good as you can make them!

I’ve been using this electric scooter with seat for about a month now and honestly, I’m really happy with it. It’s super comfortable to ride and the motor is strong it hits around 20 mph really easily and It has dual brakes, which gives me a lot more control when I need to stop quickly. One thing I love is the storage. It sounds simple but it really makes a difference. I can go to the supermarket, grab food, or carry stuff without any problem. It’s way more useful than I expected. Putting it together was the only tricky part. The instructions were a little hard to follow, but the video helped a lot, so it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it’s been perfect for everyday use. Smooth ride, good speed, and super practical. I definitely recommend it!

We love to go camping in our RV. Sometimes we stay at these huge, sprawling campgrounds with lots of fun stuff to do. It felt like I spent half the day walking back and forth to the RV for some reason or another. We got these so we could forgo renting a golf cart at RV parks - which is super expensive. And we have NOT been disappointed. I can carry towels, bags and other supplies in my baskets, even laundry to the bathhouse. These scooters are super sturdy and have had no issue carrying myself and my husband. The battery life is also very impressive. On our last 3 day trip, I didn’t have to charge once and I was on that scooter multiple times a day. They aren’t just convenient. They are FUN! But please wear a helmet!! I know it looks goofy, but these things go FAST and all it takes is one crash!

I wanted to get an E-Bike for quite a while but they were cost prohibitive. This was a cost-efficient way to give an E-bike a try and we are pleasantly surprised. First the assembly. I'm disabled and I had hired someone to put this together but my wife put it together before they arrived. It was much easier to put together than we thought it would be. You really just have to attach the foot pegs, the rear basket, and the handlebars. It was well packaged and secured in the box. Nothing was damaged and everything works as intended. In putting it together, we noticed that it's much more rugged than I thought it would be. Speed. This is not a toy. In the video, my wife is riding at about 25% speed. This is much faster than I thought it would be and although I bought it for our granddaughter, she's only eight years old and we would have to wait for her to get a little bigger. That's okay because my wife loves it. The headlight and taillight are sufficient for nighttime use. I had bought lights for this because I didn't think the lights it came with would be enough, but I canceled the order on the extra lights because the ones that this E-bike comes with are sufficient. The foot rests are very solid and make it comfortable to ride. The seat is huge and very well cushioned. The baskets have incredible storage capacity (baskets are expensive upgrades on other bikes. These would definitely hold a pretty good-sized shopping trip. The baskets are removable if you decide to just want to cruise trails or something. The seat has lots of adjustment for riders of various sizes and preferences. Operation is very easy and doesn't require any Bluetooth connections or smart phones. It charges relatively fast. Although the website says it can only handle a 10% incline, it went up the wheelchair ramp quite easily. Good Choice for value and reliability

Very disappointed with how long this lasted. Got for my spouse Christmas gift. First camping trip made it one day and the front wheel completely broke. Cant seem to find any customer service or replacement parts. Had maybe 2 miles on the bike.

Owned for 2 months with about 200 miles on it. This is a great little scooter. I got it to go on neighborhood joy rides with my 7 year old son. He stands on the platform and I sit on the chair. Together we weigh #220. We easily hit the max speed of 18.5 mph in the first 5 miles. After 5 miles, it becomes difficult to hit top speed unless we're on a slight downhill. After 10 miles the acceleration and top speed start to degrade. But this is at Max weight limit at Max speed on varied terrain. I haven't tried taking it past 10 miles. Everything has worked perfectly on my unit. It's easy to throw in the back of the car. I've looked at a lot of other similar scooters, and this definitely has the most value if you're looking for a simple device. Don't underestimate how much fun you'll get as an adult bombing through the local parks and fields!

I love the scooter 🛵 it has a really good speed, also the seat is comfortable, is easy to assemble it,and you can add another basket in front of your handle bars so you will be having 3 baskets in total, is easy to charge the battery, don't over charge the battery,follow your instructions on the manual book, is very easy to turn on your scooter and take off with it, I love the speed, but the only thing,it doesn't come with a key for theft protection. But is great for shopping or bring your dog with you for a ride. I recommend this scooter!!!! 😊☺️🛴 You can take it with you anywhere, don't over charge your battery charger or it will over heat, I already rode it and I'm having alot of fun, just get your helmet 🪖 every time you ride it for safety, you can also add back mirrors to see behind you for traffic, and thing to hold your phone to, is so little that will fit anywhere in your house , specially in your bedroom..I forgot.People were checking on my scooter 🛵 yesterday at the 🛒 shopping store and usking me questions about this scooter,they really like it, specially the older lady's, I also want to include that is all color black,but you can sprayed any color to your scooter bar's to give it some fun color,
