I ordered this E-scooter for myself for Father's day. After a month of using I find it a great little scooter. I live in a small city close to the countryside. It's a great scooter to take out on rural and open roads. I weigh about 180# and this scooter is pretty reliable on gentle or even a moderate grade. Steep grades make it struggle a bit but I have never had it quit on me. I believe it was made for more level areas and gentler grades, the kind you'd find in a small city or other area and that is mostly what I drive on. It has three speed limiter settings. I usually use the highest at 18mph but generally only cruise at about 12-15mph. It is sturdy, was easy to put together since it was already mostly assembled. In town I can ride around for an hour or so and still have a lot of battery life left. Most of the city roads here are residential and fairly level with gentle hills here and there. The baskets are handy for carrying smaller items. I just use the back basket because I like the feel of firm footing on the scooter floor. If your looking for a great little e-scooter for just getting around town, this is the one for you. It has an advertised twenty mile range which I have not tested, but speeds are accurate. My longest ride so far is nearly 10 miles and I still had 3-4 bars of battery life left. I do believe on level roads without too many steeper grades this scooter would easily cover the 20 range advertised. Barring any unforeseen issues I would buy this item again.

I wanted to get an E-Bike for quite a while but they were cost prohibitive. This was a cost-efficient way to give an E-bike a try and we are pleasantly surprised. First the assembly. I'm disabled and I had hired someone to put this together but my wife put it together before they arrived. It was much easier to put together than we thought it would be. You really just have to attach the foot pegs, the rear basket, and the handlebars. It was well packaged and secured in the box. Nothing was damaged and everything works as intended. In putting it together, we noticed that it's much more rugged than I thought it would be. Speed. This is not a toy. In the video, my wife is riding at about 25% speed. This is much faster than I thought it would be and although I bought it for our granddaughter, she's only eight years old and we would have to wait for her to get a little bigger. That's okay because my wife loves it. The headlight and taillight are sufficient for nighttime use. I had bought lights for this because I didn't think the lights it came with would be enough, but I canceled the order on the extra lights because the ones that this E-bike comes with are sufficient. The foot rests are very solid and make it comfortable to ride. The seat is huge and very well cushioned. The baskets have incredible storage capacity (baskets are expensive upgrades on other bikes. These would definitely hold a pretty good-sized shopping trip. The baskets are removable if you decide to just want to cruise trails or something. The seat has lots of adjustment for riders of various sizes and preferences. Operation is very easy and doesn't require any Bluetooth connections or smart phones. It charges relatively fast. Although the website says it can only handle a 10% incline, it went up the wheelchair ramp quite easily. Good Choice for value and reliability

I bought this scooter to cruise around my neighborhood and to go to nearby convenient stores, parks, events, etc. I love it. The seat is comfy. I also chose it because it has folding pegs that you can rest your feet on. It has a small rear basket and the deck basket is sturdy. You could fit one packed grocery bag or two (depending on how full) in a pinch. I was a bit apprehensive seeing it had no shocks, but to my surprise, the air filled tires/comfy seat combo works well. It rides nice and the brakes are sufficient. I have reached 16mi once, but, that was riding slow(8-13mph) and not WOT(wide open throttle). If you full throttle much as possible, depending on your weight I would say expect to get maybe 9-12miles at best. My guess is someone under 90lbs may be able to reach the claimed 20mi range driving slower speeds. I do wish it could go 25mph vs the 18.6mph. I would like it if the default mode was mode1 and not mode3. I think that would work best for small and or 1st timers. Top speed in mode1 is appx 10-11mph. Mode2 is appx 12-15mph and mode3 is appx 15-18.6mph. The speed governor will not allow it to go past 18.6mph. Acceleration is ok for what it is. All in all I consider it a great E-scooter. It seems well built, comfortable, quiet and can get you places much faster than walking. It can climb short, slight inclines, although I would say conquer those closer to full battery status. Once you get down to 1 or 2 blocks left of battery life, the power decreases and you won't be able to reach the top speed. Just something to be mindful of. With that being said, plan to be close to your destination because once you can't go above say 10mph at full throttle, the battery is pretty much depleted. I definitely recommend this scooter especially if you're not in to going faster speeds. It's uses are as good as you can make them!

Receiving the scooter (3/25) the shipping and packaging was solid. Everything was intact upon arrival which only took a few days via UPS. I was pleasantly surprised to find the large basket on the deck was already attached! (I just tightened up the screws just in case) the rear basket was super easy to install. The handlebars were not attached and need to be lined up and tightened properly which wasn't too difficult. Be careful when you tighten and align the upright folding pole! It took me a few tries before the handlebars were flush and straight with the rest of the scooter when in the fully upright and locked position. The vertical bar needs to be in line with the front wheel pointing straight, I would recommend holding the scooter in the normal upright position and NOT on the kickstand when aligning the bar and wheel. The pedals confused me at first but realized you need the flathead of the long screw to be on the INSIDE of the basket and your life will be much easier lol! The instruction booklet was honestly super user friendly (A few pictures included) and easy to follow the directions following the photo guide. Most of the installation is pretty straight forward though! This is my first e-scooter and I didn't need to reference the manual for much. I am currently charging the scooter and attaching some accessories and will update to review based on the actual ride! Hoping for a nice smooth evening ride! UPDATE 3/29 Took the scooter out for about 20 mins and when I got up to about 15mph on smooth flat roads my front tire was hopping up and down. Realized the front tire was not sitting on the bead properly, which I found out is a common issue. I had to take a few stabs at it, but after deflating, repositioning the tire and reinflating a few times I finally got the tire nice and straight. The front disc brake also was scraping a bit but was easy to loosen and retighten to fix this. Took it out again and no issues, smooth ride, its pretty quick honestly hitting 18 mph on flat easily, and it took some steeper hills in my neighborhood like a champ! Overall I am satisfied and updating to a 5 star!!

This scooter is really quite amazing! It arrived well packaged and included all of the tools required to assemble it. It took a little time but the instructions were easy to follow. Since then, we’ve had a blast with it! My young boys use it to rip up and down our long driveway. And my wife uses it for just about everything else, like when we get a call letting us know that our dog has escaped and is at the neighbor’s house. She’ll go get the little guy and give him a ride home in the basket. It has plenty of power and is super responsive. It does a burn out start on the gravel when the kids punch it! With a full charge in mode 1, it will do 12 mph with me on it and just over 18 mph in the mode 3. The disc brakes have good feel and instill confidence. It has plenty of cargo space with the two baskets and the headlight does a great job lighting things up at night. The battery life has more than we’ve ever needed and it’s easy to track your range with the built in odometer and battery life meter. It’s a really solid unit and a super fun way to get around!

I love the scooter 🛵 it has a really good speed, also the seat is comfortable, is easy to assemble it,and you can add another basket in front of your handle bars so you will be having 3 baskets in total, is easy to charge the battery, don't over charge the battery,follow your instructions on the manual book, is very easy to turn on your scooter and take off with it, I love the speed, but the only thing,it doesn't come with a key for theft protection. But is great for shopping or bring your dog with you for a ride. I recommend this scooter!!!! 😊☺️🛴 You can take it with you anywhere, don't over charge your battery charger or it will over heat, I already rode it and I'm having alot of fun, just get your helmet 🪖 every time you ride it for safety, you can also add back mirrors to see behind you for traffic, and thing to hold your phone to, is so little that will fit anywhere in your house , specially in your bedroom..I forgot.People were checking on my scooter 🛵 yesterday at the 🛒 shopping store and usking me questions about this scooter,they really like it, specially the older lady's, I also want to include that is all color black,but you can sprayed any color to your scooter bar's to give it some fun color,

Well America this gyro 550 hands down price when I bought it now keep that in mind when I bought it it was on sale it retails for $698 which is still good value but I was able to get it when I was on sale and I got it for 402 out the door with no extended warranty 400 bucks out the dollar for dollar this is the baddest little scooter I've ever owned when it comes to electrical little scooters and I've owned a lot of them I ride a lot of them and I write a lot of reviews but hands down this little puppy packs a punch and going up hills at a 45° angle with a load of groceries and a dog and a fat ass old man and this thing still chug right along at an incline a 45° I'm still doing 16 mph with about 230 lb luggage no BS...*The handling and the stability of this scooter is quite precise and has great precision bearings for a smooth ride a lot has to do with the operator whoever operating the scooter but hands down a very agile a very comfortable stable as another word very stable like over potholes over curbs lawns wet slushy ground rocks to hard pack sand gravel this little sucker holds its frame and structure like you would not believe like I ride this thing and I push it to thle limt every day and I just hands down I'm happy about it and I think America you should also buy one...my name is DB and I approve this product five stars thank you

Update: Battery life is terrible once you get to about half as the 2nd half goes so fast and unexpectedly that you don’t get the advertised mileage at all. Doesn’t seem as powerful as well over time. And that was the main reason why I purchased was the long charge. My first ebike/scooter so I had no frame of reference. All I know is I don’t regret it one bit! When I ordered it, there were no reviews so I was very nervous but wanted the middle cargo space for my dogs, which no other scooter on the market had. I was afraid it wasn’t going to be big enough for a dog. Turns out, it fits BOTH of my 7-8lbs dogs like a glove. I have a 3rd 12lb dog sitting in a makeshift rear basket. They are comfortable and really enjoy taking a ride. The battery capacity of 20 miles seems accurate. The seat was difficult to assemble, but proves to be worthwhile - it’s wide and extremely comfortable. Good suspension and zips around with ample power. Such a smooth ride too and very quiet! Can ride over grass effortlessly. Fun, fun, fun. I’m 5’0 and its the perfect size. Also, I’d like to mention that it’s light enough even for me to pick up and put in the back of my mini pick-up. A couple of small cons: Bell is impractical and ineffective. Its a joke so I just threw it out. And I think charging time is longer than what is advertised, which isn’t a terrible thing. I also think it would be so nice to have over-charging protection. But at this price, you’re already getting way more than your buck! I suggest adding rear view mirrors. I don’t like turning my head back cuz I felt off balanced with my dogs, so this way, it’s safer and more convenient. The mirrors made such a difference! Good to see all the high ratings this scooter has gotten now. I would definitely recommend this scooter and I don’t mind getting a 2nd one!!
