This electric scooter has been a great addition to our family and is very practical for daily use! Our home is about 1 mile from the school, and my wife uses it to take our child to and from school—it’s extremely convenient and saves a lot of time and effort. The build quality is excellent, with solid materials and fine workmanship throughout. The scooter starts very smoothly without any sudden jerks, which makes it especially suitable for women and kids. My 11-year-old daughter absolutely loves it and enjoys riding it every day. The power is impressive as well. We have some hills in our area, and it can easily handle one adult and one child going uphill without any issues. After using it for a few days, the battery still had two bars left, so the range is quite good. Assembly was very easy. Even though the manual isn’t very detailed, you can put it together without much trouble. The braking system is also very user-friendly and safe—just releasing the throttle slows the scooter down, which is especially helpful when going downhill since you don’t have to constantly use the brakes. Lastly, I want to highlight the excellent customer service. During assembly, my child accidentally broke the front wheel cover. When I contacted the seller, they immediately agreed to send a replacement without any hassle. That level of support is really appreciated. Overall, this is a high-quality, practical, and great value electric scooter. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the scooter because the ride is very smooth due to the shocks and there are some bumpy paths I take.i like the fact that I can charge my phone while I ride my scooter and if my tires get low that I can use my tire pump to pump up my tire.i also like that I can fold it down to save space.i also like that it has a lot of power to go up a hill and that it slows down when I let go of the throttle.the quality of the scooter is amazing and was easy to put together but some of the pictures of the instructions were a little confusing.

I bought the scooter so I could take my dog out to the bathroom I live in a senior community on the second floor Unfortunately my 17 lb dog won't fit in the floorboard area it's a great scooter but not what I needed the picture was very misgiving with the Irish setter depicted

was so lucky to find an electric bicycle that's perfect for me. I really love the adjustable seat; it's so comfortable. The ride is smooth, stable, and easy to handle; I assembled it in about 25 minutes. What surprised me most was that it not only has a phone holder but also a charging dock—something I hadn't even considered! They've thought of everything. Now I won't have to worry about running out of power or carrying a bulky power bank when taking the kids to the park, and I can easily keep up with their bikes. I really love this feature; it solves so many problems for me. No more worries about running out of power or finding a place to put it. I can listen to my favorite music and ride freely in the open park. The back seat can hold water and drinks—it's perfect! The footrest is spacious enough to fit a case of water, making it very convenient for walking around in the park. And when it folds up, it fits perfectly in the back of my bike with plenty of space. I'll get one for my third child when she's older. I highly recommend it to my friends!

The scooter was easy to install. The seat is soft and comfortable, and the presence of the seat makes the scooter more stable than a standing electric scooter. It is comfortable to ride, stable and easy to use. I use it to get around town and it is great. I like this scooter very much!

the size of the electric motor is not correct, there are several different sizes stated for this product. anywhere from 600 Watts to 900 watts. not 1000-1600 watts. scooter runs great and has plenty of power for our needs. the instruction booklet is not very clear, only drawings no word description at all. Adjusting the front brake was fairly easy AFTER you watch a video on what the instruction book is showing. Scooter appears to be will made and is solid and smooth riding. the basket is not very big. looks bigger in the photo. it will hold something like a small purse. have not used enough yet to see what actual distance that we will get out a charge. there is not speedometer to tell how fast it actually goes or how far you have gone. But i think it will go fast enough for the average rider. overall, we are happy with the scooter and would recommend it. just don't rely on the description the size of the motor.
