To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a serious safety issue involving a scooter I purchased for my daughter for Christmas. After approximately one year and three months of normal use, the scooter experienced a complete brake failure. While riding the scooter to school, my daughter attempted to apply the brakes, but the scooter would not stop. This malfunction caused her to enter oncoming traffic, placing her at significant risk of serious injury or worse. Fortunately, no severe injuries occurred; however, this was a frightening and unacceptable situation. I contacted your customer service department to report the issue and was informed that no action would be taken because the scooter was three months outside of the warranty period. Given the nature of the failure—specifically involving the braking system—this response is extremely concerning. Brake failure is not normal wear and tear; it is a critical safety defect. This product presents a danger not only to my child but to the general public. A scooter that cannot stop is unsafe to operate and should not be in circulation. I believe this issue warrants further review, regardless of warranty status, due to the serious safety implications. I am requesting that this matter be escalated and reviewed by your product safety or quality assurance team. I would appreciate a written response outlining how your company intends to address this issue. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

It was easy to set up out of the box, and folding it up is quick, which helps when I need to carry it or store it. The speed is good for getting around the neighborhood or short trips. It feels smooth on normal roads, and the tires handle small bumps without too much trouble. I also like that the battery lasts long enough for a few days of short rides before needing a charge.

After almost a year, the front part broke, and Volpam sent me return label, fixed it and sent back. this review is about their service more then the Scooter. Hi I purchased this item October 23rd I believe I can't remember it was an October worked very well I would ride it back-and-forth to work in which I work about 3 miles away from my home which is a six mile commute back-and-forth It is heavy to carry so I am glad I only have to carry it from the front of the building to my classroom. The bigger the heel the slower it goes. I purchased this item knowing it had a weight restriction of 230 pounds I weigh 300 pounds. I am not a picky person so I didn’t mind having to sometimes walk up the hill or ride and walk up the hill. The struggle is, the scooter has a locking field to it when you are not using it electronically so it is hard to just walk with the scooter up a hill because it is causing resistance from not being used electronically. My commute to work took me about 25 minutes. I enjoyed the wind blowing in my hair using the cruise control feature. It really helped out a lot, this product overall was very fun to use and I do not think this is the one that you should use to commute to work because with a lot of wear and tear it will stop working. I’ve only had it for two weeks and it is already giving me issues save your money and purchase a product that cost more and has a two wheel dual electronic spin to the tires and not a single spin to the tire. The only tire that moves is your front tire so you are not getting the full , pool of two wheels you’re getting one wheel and another wheel that’s just there to spin so you’re not getting as much power In your pull. This is more suitable for going to the bus stop and from the bus stop if your bus stop is less than 1 mile away this will help but not a good product to commute every day to work
