No tool bad is going to hold all your hand tools if you have any real amount of hand tools so I got this bag first off because of the molded bottom so it won't just fall down all loose like a nylon bag with no support and it has a nice wide opening at the top so you can easily get to the tool you want without having to dig and dig through the bad to find it so I got this one for all my electrical electrical tools and works great. You could use it to put behind the seat or in the trunk of your vehicle so you can keep some extra wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. in case you have car trouble on the road and need a few tools to get it going again. I even bought another similar one for a gun range bag. I just got one without all the outer pockets to use for that and I am happy with both bags. It could have been a little larger but then isn't that they way with all of them ?? I am well satisfied with mine.

I cut a couple of pieces of cardboard to fit as a base inside the bag. These pieces measure 11" x 6.5" (Ticon claims 12" x 6.5"). After that inaccuracy, the bag is really nice. The material is heavy duty and the zipper is high quality. I keep Metric, Standard and Torx (Bondhus) fold-up sets in the covered (hook & loop) side pockets. The loop velcro should be closer to the pocket upper edge for better closure, but it works ok. The other three outer pockets are uncovered. The outer pocket capacity will depend on how much is stuffed inside the main compartment since these are patch pockets, not structured. In all for the money, its a nice value. So much so, that I'm going to pick up one of the 16" sizes.
