The media could not be loaded. My husband wanted a more economical way to commute to work once we moved super close to his job. I purchased this scooter after he described what would be ideal for him. Video shows back light is inoperable. Would add another of him just cruisin and having fun but Amazon only lets you upload one. Pros Goes up to 21 mph Excellent battery life Lightweight Foldable feature making it easy to transport Made of durable material Solid tires Lock feature Solid tires Straight forward APP Cons Wires inside can loosen while riding, which is an easy yet inconvenient fix that definitely does cause some safety concerns. Back light does not work . Unsure why but it doesn’t flash at all when he uses the breaks. Overall, for the price we got it my husband doesn’t feel the cons are serious enough to send the scooter back. He loves it and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced E-Scooter, but this is the honest review we would give! Also, shipping was accurate. Came right in the middle of the estimated delivery dates. Update: scooter ended up dying and never came back on, due to a fried wire. Customer service quickly sent a replacement, which had the same rear light issue as the first but other than that has lasted longer than the previous scooter. Update: the replacement is now doing what the original scooter was doing. I’d say overall due to this, I’d never recommend this scooter to anyone. 2nd time having the same exact wiring issue, causing it to not charge. A great option for an all-around commuter scooter with modern features and a relatively lower price point. Sled healing tires and it’s fast very reliable comes with every thing you need to put it together, well packed and fast delivery. Got it for my teenager son and he used it to go to school it’s safe and reliable the brakes are very functional and better than older electric brake style. Scooter seems to work really well for a college student to navigate campus, speed is acceptable and longevity lasts all day. The major drawback is that the screws that secure the handlebars are constantly backing out.

Bought 2 of them JUNK I had to replace the tires "$60 for 4 tires" on both of them after a month of use and they shut off randomly and sometimes don't want to turn back on and that's BOTH of them. I was going to return both of them but it would be a pain in the @$$. And also you have to wait 30 days to get your money back after they receive the items that you have to take to UPS and pay them to re box them to send them back. It's a loss for me ... show more
