This scooter is a electric but if you want to use it as a normal scooter you can. When you turn it on the blue button makes it move and the red on acts like a brake, it’s really easy to understand. Also when you ride it the wheels light up and the front also has a little light to. When you plush the blue button it’s not very fast but it’s still fun. The media could not be loaded. My son received this (black model) as a gift. The initial experience was pretty cool; bluetooth music, indoor/outdoor sized, etc. The assembly instructions are confusing, but assembly is somewhat common sense to navigate.
