Purchased it early for a Christmas present and after using it once it doesn’t hold a charge after five minutes of riding it immediately dies, we’ve tried all troubleshooting and are unfortunate because it is now outside of the return window since we purchased it early.     • Work with it and itll do you some justice. But honestly just save and buy something that'll last.
The Speed is solid, but the motor is definitely faulty. It fails occasionally. The handlebar has the be readjusted constantly less your wheels be misaligned. The bearings on the wheel came misaligned and i had to adjust them. If you are smart and know what your doing and can handle a little tinkering its great for the price but i would not buy it for my kid, wife, mother, etc. Not too safe. The handbrakes sometimes just dont work right? Sometimes theyll be amazing. Going downhill 30mph and they stop me dead, other times ill be going 15 and they just do nothing. The sides of the scooter are thin and sharp, meanung if you hit yourself in the ankles or anything you will *lacerate* yourself. Learnt day 1 not to ride without anklepads by getting cut to the bone. ... show more

It goes 25 mph it says max speed 15.5 battery life is ok but could last longer but my kids love them so over all if you or your kids are just riding in the neighborhood and not super long distance it’s perfect for a first electric scooter
