Really like the speed of this scooter. It is not too fast but still enjoyable but the brake is not working well. It is electrical button instead of a physical lever typical on most bikes. It takes way too long for the scooter to stop once the button is pushed. The back brake doesn’t actually stop it either, only slows it down. It has slowly gotten worse over time (purchased 5 months ago). We are not going to keep this scooter because my kid almost got hit by a car last week. Also the light on the back and the reflector broke months ago. I’m not claiming my kid is was easy on the scooter, but it did not hold up to this 11-year-old and I don’t feel safe when he rides it. Update: after writing this review I received a full refund! I don’t know if I had faulty product but the customer service people care about buyer satisfaction. ... show more

Seems to work fine. It came pretty disassembled and did not come with any assembly instructions. Luckily for me, I was able to figure it out. Top speed is exactly what they are claiming. It does have slower modes for people who don't want to go so fast.

Plenty fast for my 10year old don’t forget the helmet and gloves, it has a bright headlight/taillight no turn signals easy to put together battery life is is sufficient for an hour long ride and then some.
