The headlight on this $250 scooter does not work and is a key safety element for my reasoning in purchasing it. Furthermore, the company has no contact information for me to communicate with them on this issue.

The media could not be loaded. First, this scooter is very nice looking. Sleek and lightweight. I have 2 different models of segway scooters and this one looks nicer in my opinion. It was extremely easy to setup and so far everything has stayed locked in place nicely. I have put many miles on this thing and gone over tons of bumps and holes. The suspension feels way better than the segway. It is a little stiff, its not like a Cadillac but it does glide over and not cause an extra punch to my spine. The airless tires look really cool, and absorb some of the road so the ride is really smooth on paved roads. Its super easy to fold up and carry. Much lighter than my segways. Battery lasts average to what is listed, of course depending on your riding style. There are a few things the segways win on, the under carriage lighting on segway, the headlight on the segways is much brighter, and main thing, the segways take off faster. This one is a little slow at the gate but once you get going its around the same as the segways. Uphill is even slower so not the best for heavy inclines. My neighborhood is pretty flat so I love it, and ride it more than the others. The mechanical brake is definitely a plus on this will stop fast enough to throw you off. Display has a nice clean look, and is very user friendly. Scooter is built tough, I've been throwing it in my backseat and it still looks great even getting banged around back there. This scooter is also a little quieter than the segways I have, and has a little more power. I still haven't connected to an app or anything so not sure if I can adjust the take off speed, if it turns out I can, this scooter for the price, is definitely a better buy over the big name brands.

Good scooter for a reasonable price. It folds and locks into place so I can store it in under my closet space. The speed can go faster than typical Lime scooters and it feels like a smooth and easy ride.

One of my biggest gripes with Amazon products is how cheap and low quality of lot of them can be. And when there's that 1 product that feels good, it's usually something that doesn't work as intended. That is not this e-scooter. This is the same kind of scooter you might find at a Costco, that works for both kids and adults. Super straight forward to use, it is a taller sized scooter that can accomodate a high school study or an adult that is looking for a means of transportation across a few miles. It comes with a charger that looks like an old Xbox charger, and after a few hour, it's back to full charge. It can go about 20-ish miles - my 11 year old only has to charge it 1/week, which is awesome because his old scooter would only last like 2 days, and he'd forget to charge it. Switching between economy (battery saver) mode and sports is just with the click of a button, and there is a good speed to it. It's a little frightening at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The scooter also has a good suspension system, so you can ride over sidewalks and bumps without feeling like you're off-roading or about to flip over from hitting the lip of a raised sidewalk block or a random tree root. The design is smooth in my opinion, super minimalist which lends itself to work for any person. There is no height adjustment, so this is probably not the best for kids under 10 to use on a regular basis, maybe as just a toy to ride. But otherwise, I think this is the perfect good quality scooter for anyone looking to drive a few miles to school, work, or even grocery shopping. I've literally used it to ride to friend's houses, ride back to my place for a soundbar, and back, much faster than using a car

This scooter has completely exceeded my expectations. The 500W motor is strong and responsive, easily handling hills and inclines without slowing down. I’ve been using it mostly in ECO mode for longer rides, and the range has been right around 20 miles per charge, which is perfect for commuting and quick errands. It charges up in just a few hours, so I can plug it in after a ride and have it ready to go again in no time. The dual suspension makes a big difference over rough sidewalks and gravel paths, and the 10-inch solid tires handle bumps really well without the worry of flats. I also appreciate the wider deck—it feels more stable and comfortable, even on longer rides. The scooter is surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy it is, and the one-step folding feature makes it easy to carry or stash away. Safety-wise, the braking system is reliable and smooth, and the front and rear lights are bright enough for riding at dusk or in low light. The LED display is easy to read and shows everything I need at a glance.
