The media could not be loaded. I want my money back, this has never worked right out of the box. Makes a sound of metal rubbing against eachother...I got hit by a car crossing the street and can't drive so I got this to get me to my bus since it's a 30 minute walk to and from everyday (an hour a day of walking just to and from work) Bought a new one that I can't really afford to buy a second expecting for it to work. Never has. They asked me to send a video, then asked for pictures..couldn't figure it out. Now making me wait until "next monday" when they can show the pics to someone else to see if they know whats wrong. I want my money back, this has never worked and the break being like this is a safety hazard. ... show more

The electric scooter Works flawlessly very good scooter very heavy duty, the app on the other hand is completely useless. The app is a completely broken buggy mess that when it can connect your scooter instantly freezes so you can't even do anything and God forbid you locked your scoter before it freezes, if you are the poor unfortunate soul that did that well you are permanently locked out of your scooter. Luckily the app froze before I knew that was a problem but once the app freezes it'll never unfreeze, clearing cache clearing data uninstalling and resting does not fix the app. Best advice to the product manufacturer is to go get some programmers who actually know what they're doing or if you are Outsourcing get a competent company to make your app. ... show more

Loved Until..... It stopped charging. My son was THRILLED to get this scooter. He rode it a little on for about 4 days. Till he woke up on day 5, to find it stopped charging. Very Very disappointed. I am returning it, and am now very nervous about because this return is claiming IF even the manual is missing, the seller can reject the refund fully or partially. Which is a whole lotta crap considering we WANT this scooter and it isn't our fault it stopped charging after only a few days. Fingers crossed. I will update when return is complete. I'd be careful if ordering. Make sure save every single piece of packaging for the first thirty days. ... show more
