I'm impressed! I expected the shipment to arrive quickly - indeed - Amazon showed what it can do. It was supposed to be a gift for my mother who lives in a condominium. She needed something like this. Immediately after the shipment arrived, I went to install it. Everything went as instructed. Easy connections, clear instructions. I set a pleasant sound when someone is at the door. It worked right after connecting. Mom is very happy because she can see - even when it's dark in the corridor and hear who is behind the door, she can talk to him. It is very important for an elderly person not to open the door if they do not know who is behind it. Clear, bright image, clear sound. This is what she and I needed. This product was very misleading. The wiring is not long enough to connect the camera and doorbell. The video made it seem it was but it is NOT. Since I can’t return the item I guess it’s garbage Def not value for tour money

Great for the price, but beware that the angle of view on the camera is really narrow. So narrow that you actually have to tell people to move a little so you can see them. I installed it about 2 inches from the door frame and I cannot see people that are standing right in front of the door.
