Hits 19 mph easily, the 350W motor has plenty of punch for hills around my neighborhood, and the dual suspension + honeycomb tires make bumpy roads feel way smoother than expected. It worked for a couple of trips before the motor became extremely hot. It was too hot to touch. I only went 2 miles with it. One mile to the store and returned. I let the motor cool and charged it. The next day I went 3 straight miles with it and it broke down in our parking lot with an error code #30. It would not go up hills but keep in mind that the stated hill slope isn't very steep at all. I was warned that the less expensive e-scooters and bikes wouldn't last very long. I don't think this one is worth the bother at all. Then again, it did get me to the store and back a couple of times (for 180 dollars), so i gave a star for each of those trips. Get something that can climb a hill, like a bicycle for instance. I’m 5’9” and 225lbs. I couldn’t reach over 14 mph max speed on level ground. Love the compatibility, truly better than any other alternatives in that regard. A little cramped due to its compatibility when riding, but I think it’s a fair trade off. Would’ve kept it if it could have reached 18mph
