[Experience feelings] 1. The delivery was fast. I have been looking forward to receiving it since I purchased it. They even purchased a signature delivery service to avoid the package being lost. 2. The product is as advertised, easy to use, very fun and affordable. 3. This driving speed and battery are enough for daily commuting to work, which is very convenient. 4. 👍After-sales service is very good! The rear fender is made of plastic and cannot be stepped on, otherwise it will break easily. There is also a warning label on it, but I contacted the seller after encountering the damage problem, and they quickly solved my problem. Worked fantastic for the first month. Now the wheel in the front doesn't turn smooth, overheats. Amazon has no way to get in touch with the seller. There are only default questions and none lead to getting help. Through other means, I was able to reach them and the problem was resolved. The scooter is amazing. Its built very solid. My son is 13yr old, and 80 lbs. He's already logged 100 miles in the first week. It has plenty of power. There are lights on the front and back. The back flashes brighter red when braking. There is also an app that lets you see a ton of information as well as settings. With the app you can see mileage for the trip or ever, you can also changed from metric to imperial for those who want mph instead of kph. You can set speed limits on the modes. There is a cruise control that you can disable. There is also zero start that you can turn off or on. Basically if you want to go, you can choose to either let it engage or require a push off first. A push off will save battery since going from zero to go will take alot more power. ... show more

No stars. Absolutely lousy, poor product! I bought 2 of these for my sons. These scooters didn’t last even 2-3 months. The battery charges fully, but the scooter gives a red E error light. Electric scooter was brand new out the box. The app that controls the scooter has to be redeveloped because it’s in Chinese or whatever! The scooter speed only goes up to 16mph not up to 19mph just so ppl know! Easy to transport. Fun to ride.

I bought this for my daughter to take with us when we went camping. I bought for Christmas 2023. We forgot about it the first few camping trips the next year and we took it about 3 times. It was only ridden on pavement. My daughter has ridden this maybe a total of 10? 15? Times and the handlebar completely snapped while riding it at home on pavement.
