The scooter is slightly bigger than usual scooters with a wider pedal, which makes it easier to stand on and control. I've used it for short distances and no problem so far. It is also very easy to fold and unfold, but you do need to screw in the support stand yourself, which was also easy to do. It is slightly on the heavier end, but after folding it could be carried with one hand, so it is still very convenient to move around. Overall great and I really like the cool color! After using this scooter approximately 15 times it no longer turns on. My son loved the scooter and it is unfortunate that it no longer works. I looked at the troubleshooting options and none of the options address this issue. Does anyone know if there is a customer service number I can contact?
