After using this electric scooter, I think it fits perfectly. It has a top speed of 19 mph, is noiseless, has a hand brake on the left hand side, a bell, and a light in the center. I've been using this electric scooter to commute to work, and so far it's been very consistent. the 350 watt motor gets me up to about 19 mph, which is plenty fast for riding around town. The battery is fine for short rides, although I usually recharge it every few days.
