I ordered a V10 Pro e scooter through Amazon Took two weeks to arrive. Upon opening the box I realized they had sent me an inferior product. They advertise the scooter as having rear disc brake and the one I got had drum brake. Charger overheats. Top speed advertised as 25 mph when in reality goes 22. On the second day the scooter went into limp mode, only doing 10 mph and needing to push to get it going. This is when my ordeal began. Numerous email exchanges with the seller ended up nowhere, their replies only generic, vague and repetitive, as if they never read them. The company is called IREZEDER, they have saturated both Amazon and other shopping websites with their scooters. They claim 24 hour customer support, blah blah blah... A quick online research took me to their website and several red flags confirmed my suspicious. An outlook/msn contact email address instead of a real company domain. Their phone number is country code 86, yes way out there in the Orient, and of course nobody ever answers. So I spent an entire week, every morning talking to Amazon, sending pictures and all evidence that I have been blatantly ripped off by a mendacious company. Finally Amazon acknowledged what was going through, and resolved the issue in my favor. I am baffled at the positive reviews this seller has, which at this point are as credible as a politician's promise. By the time you read this message, I have ridden the scooter for over 160 miles. I bought the scooter because of the tubeless tires and affordable price. If you don't know, there are three major types of tires: 1: Tube tires (using inner tube) 2: Solid tires (if you go this route, look for solid tire type called honeycomb) 3: Tubeless tires (also known as vacuum) TIRE: The reason for going with tubeless tires is that you can also use the other tire types. LAMP: To turn on the bottom side light, when the bike is on, hold down the brake and press the power button 5 times (it might be 4) also don't mess with the LAMP option in the app, it's buggy. Other than that the app and bluetooth connection is quick. BOTTOM: I showed a picture of the bottom of the scooter. For those who don't know, for some scooters, you can access the internal by unscrews the bottom. Here, it's different. Also, when changing front tire, you'll need to access the internal to disconnect the cable and draw out the front wheel along with it's cable to make tire change less difficult. TIP: Also a safety tip: If you are at a corner waiting to cross the crosswalk and if you see cars ready to turn right, when you get the ok light to cross, WALK YOUR SCOOTER first. This gives the driver time to think. Once they see you walking they'll stop or they might even all made their turn, and you can hop on the scooter and ride across. Also mirror tip: There are grooves in the handle bar so traditional bike mirror doesn't work. This is how I install mine. I discard the plastic from the mirror that goes inside. Then I generously apply hot glue on the screw and shove it in. Then, I apply layers of liquid electric tape. MILEAGE: think it's 8-12 miles. Approaching 8 miles, I get mileage anxiety. The max is not 22-25 it’s only 18!!! And it says it goes 20 miles range but it’s only 12!!! Over not too bad for its price but still you could find a better one

Received earlier then expected and loved it instantly. Had a small issue with the lights and speed but the seller was very quick in helping to fix the situation. They were awesome and I recomend this scooter to anyone looking to do short commutes.

Do not buy! They advertise a one year warranty that they don't honor. In our situation, the battery case failed and moisture got inside, which caused the battery to fail. The seller said that the battery isn't covered in the warranty. This was a failure of the battery case. They refuse to work with us on this and have now ignored our messages.
